In recent years,many domestic teachers have applied Flipping Classroom to the teaching reform of colleges and universities,and many experts and scholars have carried out analysis,application and empirical research on Flipping Classroom.Many scholars have focused their research on: basic theory research,study of learning resources and learning environment,application research of Flipping Classroom teaching and its integration with MOOC and so on.There are various problems in the current practical application of Flipping Classroom.After following the instructor's participation in a semester Flipping Classroom teaching practice,the author found that a few students could not adapt to the Flipping Classroom teaching mode.Although some students gradually adapted to the Flipping Classroom teaching mode,they were slow to adapt to their own knowledge.And the improvement of their capabilities has affected.In this study,statistics on research literature on college Flipping Classroom were conducted and it was found that the study of college students' learning adaptation in Flipping Classroom was very limited.In view of the fact that Flipping Classrooms is different from traditional college classrooms,students' Learning Adaptability and self-study ability are more demanding.This study focuses on the current situation of undergraduates' Learning Adaptability in Flipping Classrooms and how to formulate intervention strategies to improve learning adaptability.Whether the implementation of the intervention strategy is effective or not.This study first uses the literature research method,after consulting a large number of literature on Flipping Classroom and Learning Adaptability,it elaborates the research background,current status,and significance of college students' Learning Adaptability in Flipping Classroom;and discusses college students in Flipping Classrooms.The theoretical basis of the research on Learning Adaptation;the structural elements of the Learning Adaptability of undergraduates in the Flipping Classroom were determined,and related questionnaires were developed.This study uses the questionnaire method of survey research method toinvestigate the students who have implemented Flipping Classroom teaching in a college and analyze the current situation of college students' Learning Adaptability in the Flipping Classroom.Random interviews with university students in the Flipping Classroom were conducted to understand the specific reasons for poor learning adaptive dimension scores.Based on this status and the data obtained from observations and interviews,an intervention strategy for Learning Adaptation of undergraduates in the classroom was developed.This study uses quasi-experimental research methods and survey research methods to study the classes that are in contact with the Flipping Classroom,and conducts pretests on the classes that implement Flipping Classroom teaching.That is,questionnaire surveys are conducted to collect the initial state of university students' adaptability in Flipping Classroom.Intervention strategies were implemented in the process,and questionnaires were reissued at the end of the semester to obtain post-test learning suitability data.In addition,observing the changes in students' individual learning behaviors and learning abilities through observation methods,we specifically analyzed the changes in Learning Adaptability of college students in Flipping Classrooms.By analyzing the pretest and posttest data obtained through the questionnaire in the quasi-experimental study,as well as the analysis of classroom observations,interviews,and the specific data of college students' study notes,we finally reached a conclusion.The research results show that:(1)The Learning Adaptability of college students in the Flipping Classroom is generally at a good level,which means that it is feasible to use the Flipping Classroom in teaching reform.(2)Among the specific dimensions of undergraduates' Learning Adaptability in Flipping Classroom,the use of methods and goal tendencies are low.(3)Intervention strategies based on objective tendencies,method use,and other inappropriate factors have a good effect on improving college students' Learning Adaptability in Flipping Classroom.
