Since the "TsienHsueshen's question" was put forward in 2005,schools at all levels,educational experts and scholars,The university is the backbone of top-notch innovative talents,bear the historical responsibility of talent and rejuvenation of the country.According to the training system of innovative university students in specific circumstances of top-notch innovative talents plays a crucial role in the case study of the system of the training of top-notch innovative students,has important theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the training system of "top notch innovative college students",this paper selects a certain 985 college Qi ming College as a case,which is based on the perspective of students' learning process,and takes the students as the center.From the perspective of students,by means of interviews,analysis of College Students' learning difficulties and the cultivation of innovative main reasons for the poor results,both within their own reasons,there are reasons of training system set in the case study,to explore the training mode of innovative improvement system of college students.In the first chapter,Then the research of the domestic and foreign relevant research status of top-notch innovative students training system,at the end of the relevant core concepts are defined,and put forward the important point of this research and the difficulty.In the second chapter,summarizes the training system of college students and the top-notch innovative operation situation,to the 985 colleges of Qi ming Institute in China as an example,including the training goal of innovation experiment class of the college students in the experimental class,innovative selection criteria and procedures,training mode,curriculum setting,special courses,academic evaluation mechanism system,operation supervisor,innovation experimental class of special treatment and elimination mechanism,a general system summary and description of the status quo.In the third chapter,mainly from the perspective of students,students from the perspective of in-depth interviews on a study of 71 innovative experimental class students,71 valid qualitative interview data encoding using Nvivo11 encoding software,and ultimately to digital form showing the results can directly form.Present difficulties and problems of college students in the learning process of innovative highlights in,as well as the solution of difficulties and problems.Analyze the causes from the angle of top-notch innovative students,and directly reveal the students subjective needs in learning and the learning process and college training system has exposed the problem.In the fourth chapter,from the angle of system of top-notch innovative students,in view of the difficulties and problems of the students in the learning process of attribution,found interviews data encoding students display based on objective reality in the system operation training of top-notch innovative students,with unreasonable curriculum,practical operation,general guidance of teachers insufficient,lack of teacher-student interaction,scientific research project management mechanism is not perfect,causes the main difficulties and problems in the learning process of the students.In the fifth chapter,analysis of case study on training system of college students innovative revealed by the problems and deficiencies of Innovative College Students' learning difficulties and problems in the process of reason,put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,in order to cultivate and improve the system of top-notch innovative college students,to enhance the ability to achieve the expected target.
