The Cooperation Mechanism Of Raising Giving Between Organizations In University

With the proposing of the "Double First-rate" strategy,demand for funds became critical for various universities,donation has become a hot spot and attracted more and more attention.For the universities which excessively depend on the government financial support,donation can not only expand the sources of funding channels,but also be the main indicators of quality ranking.The present study focused on the influence factors of the social donation from macro-government level and micro-donors' level,while organization and inter-organizations in universities cooperation pattern and mechanism are also have a significant influence on social donation.In this paper,based on the study which involved in raising giving on the relationship between organizations,compare parts of China's universities with the United States' universities respectively from the communication mechanism,dynamic mechanism and cooperation mechanism.Besides based on the Huazhong university of science and technology "To the people" project ——The study of university fund-raising mechanism data and interview data,the thesis will have a brief introduction to fundraising status of Huazhong university of science and technology,then through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods make an embedded analysis of cooperation patterns and mechanism between the inter-organization on raising social donation.And try to find the problems on the process of raising giving,put forward some Suggestions,improve the efficiency of cooperation to build more reasonable donation organization cooperation mechanism in colleges and universities.Through the analysis of the current problems on fundraising of Huazhong university of science and technology: lack of planning;fuzzy organization positioning,poor internal coordination,insufficient incentive and supervision system is not sound,etc.How to improve the internal organization cooperation mechanism? First of all,on the communication mechanism level,each organization need a clearly positioning,building orderly power structure;Secondly,on the dynamic mechanism level,University need constantly improve the system of performance appraisal,strengthen the education of the cultural values and practice the target responsibility system;Finally,on the supervision mechanism level,establishing relevant supervision system on the basis of the normalized regular evaluation system can make sure the supervision mechanism became implemented.
