A Empirical Study On Social Work Intervention Female Social Organization Cultivating

Since the late 20 th century,the social participation in social and public life become more and more important.In the places of "market failure" and "government failure",the effective operation and management of social and public life will not be realized when it lacks of participation of social organization.The modern society should be composed of the government,the enterprise and the social organization,the three parts of them should work together and they are indispensable.Female social organization is a kind of social organization,which plays an irreplaceable role in promoting employment,maintaining stability and promoting development.The 19 th CPC National Congress emphasized the basic national policy of equality between men and women again and insure the status of women in political life,it showed the importance of developing female social organization.At present,the development of female social organizations slower,and in the development process,it produced many problems,such as low registration rate,lacking of organization and management and etc.Social work is a scientific method,it originated from civilian charity and there were similarities to the charity activities of social organizations.However,the cultivation of female social organization is less used of professional methods in social at present,this paper aims to explain how to apply social work to the cultivation of female social organization.The article investigating the female organization in Tianjin,through in-depth interviews and the issuance of electronic version of the questionnaire,we understand the basic status of female social organizations,and find out the problems in their development process.At the same time,trough the method of participant observation and interview,use that F Service Center cultivate female social organization as a case,and summarize the method of F Service Center cultivating female social organization,summed up what role social work has played in cultivating female social organizations,and how to play it,what experience can learn from,thus summed up the general methods of female social organization cultivation.
