Investigations And Analyses Of The Science Foundation Management Patterns For The Universities In Guizhou

Technology innovation is the substantial power for the development of productivity.In the 21 st century,China strongly advocated to improve the ability of independent innovation,and put forward to build a creative country and innovative development strategy.Universities play crucial role in the scientific research and become one of important backbones of technology innovation.At present,those universities take on more and more scientific research projects.Meanwhile,the universities' scientific research activities obtain increasing attentions and investments from the government.With the country's investment in research funding,the usage of scientific research funds has attracted widespread attention.It is very important that how to make use of scientific research funds to achieve the expected economic benefits.At present,the management pattern of scientific research funds in universities is not consistent with each other.Different universities focus on the management of scientific research funds.In terms of fund management,however,at present,there are many problems in the management pattern and mechanism of scientific research funds in colleges and universities.Improving the management pattern and the efficiency of scientific research funds has become an urgent issue that needs to be solved.In this paper,we mainly investigate the scientific research management pattern for universities in Guizhou.By using questionnaires,interviews and considering the management approach of scientific research funds in more than 10 universities within the province,we analyze the current situation of scientific research funds management for Universities in Guizhou.We explore and analyze,together with the existing problems and reasons,the management patterns of scientific research funds in Guizhou colleges and universities.Firstly,the related concepts such as scientific research funds,scientific research funds management patterns and the characteristics of scientific research funds are introduced.At the same time,by analyzing and collecting the literature,we show the related theories of scientific research fund management.Secondly,we study the situation and policies of scientific research management in universities of Guizhou,and further analyze the management pattern of scientific research in those universities.On basis of the previous study,the existing problems and the causing reasons in universities of Guizhou are found.For the characteristics of scientific research funds management,the new ideas and approaches are presented.Meanwhile,we apply big data technology to the management of scientific research funds,and suggest the countermeasures to solve the problems and improve the management pattern of scientific research funds.
