In the 1990 s,it was a new type of teaching in China.It embodied the new curriculum concept and was a milestone in the reform of the new curriculum.However,the use of pilot programs tends to be urbanised,and the use of rural primary school guidance is in a difficult and difficult way,and many theoretical problems need to be solved.This article is based on the common problems in the use of the rural primary school "guide case",tries to find the feasible solution,and advances the development of the language guide case.The core contents of this thesis are as follows:First,the "guide case" in the guide case is the learning plan developed by teachers in the face of specific learning situation.It mainly integrates textbooks and other educational and auxiliary resources,and compiles and integrates according to the class hours.The main features of it mainly lie in the following aspects: students as the main body,and attention to the cultivation of students' initiative;Attach importance to the guiding role of teachers,and give full play to the guidance of teachers;Focus on training students' problem-solving skills.Two,by the results of the survey analysis and case analysis to understand the rural primary school Chinese problems of "learning" teaching,and "learning" in spite of students and teachers in the concept and advantage of the unity of recognition and affirmation,but on the implementation and implementation of skepticism,the reason is that students are not good study habits and profound knowledge,teachers' professional accomplishment generally facing the "pilot study case" innovative consciousness is poorer,working pressure,various tasks of teaching in the phenomenon of the time,the school leader management demonstration effect is distinct,in the face of doubt difficult enough just want to not practice,so in the teaching of the campus of the wind is in a state of wait-and-see status,complains.This paper introduces the concrete measures of the reform of the "guide case" of Chaoyang primary school in the northern district of chin.Firstly,it is a typical rural primary school to know the teaching conditions and teaching quality of Chaoyang primary school in Qinbei district.Secondly,through the understanding of the writing and usage patterns of the "guide case" of the school,we can understand the specific measures used in the school's guidance.Again,the problems used in the "guide case" are mainly concentrated in the following aspects: the "guidecase" model is more rigid and lacks diversity;The "guide case" lacks the guide language,the guidance is not strong;The "guide case" is rough,the same as the teaching case;In this paper,the author tries to summarize the shortcomings of the "guide case" in several aspects,such as the study of the navigation of the school and the tactics of the project.Then,it analyzes the negative influence of teachers' level on the outdated concept of education and the influence of teachers' professional quality.In the end,the author analyzes the reasons why the "guide case" is difficult to be carried out in rural elementary schools.Four,"pilot study case" perfect countermeasure First grasp of policy management optimization,need from the most simple key point to improve the professional quality of teachers in rural development,improve the ability of teachers' use of guided learning case,the excellent talents can be selected at the same time more as President of the countryside,making it a Chinese "pilot study case" reform in the direction of the standard,to become teachers teacher who worship;Second,a good "guide learning" is the foundation of conducting case teaching,so the design of the rural "pilot study case" must grasp the key points of design,starting from the basic learning of rural primary school design suitable learning activities,learning process and learning problems;Thirdly,the design of the "guide case" must comply with its basic norms,and standardize the style of the "guide case" in the Chinese language so that more teachers can carry out the self-examination and modification of the guide case smoothly.Finally summarizes several problems that should be paid attention to in the language learning are: teachers must set up the correct learning "case teaching" can reasonably effective use in learning,students should master before using guided learning case using the right way to learning case,the teachers need to grasp the key points of learning case teaching in the specific operation.In general,the language "learning" is an effective way of teaching,is the product of the new curriculum concept,learning is to stimulate the teaching tool,it can optimize the classroom teaching efficiency,improve the quality of classroom teaching and help teachers on the basis of learning and teaching,should be vigorously promoted.
