"Morality and the rule of law" course is a full of practicality and humanity discipline,it is to train students’ ability,improve the students’ ideological and moral qualities,shape them into the comprehensive development of society needs the talents as the goal.Teaching material of "morality and the rule of law" to the socialist core values,surrounding the new curriculum standard to carry out teaching,based on the rule of law education syllabus for junior middle school stage to carry out the rule of law education,with the socialist core values at the 18 th party congress,outstanding traditional culture and spirit of all previous meeting as the education content to implement khalid ents education target,strengthen the social responsibility,cultivate the students’ practical ability.The new curriculum reform lays emphasis on the cultivation of students’ independence and autonomy,and encourages students to study independently under the guidance of teachers.Effective classroom interaction between teachers and students help increase charm "morality and the rule of law" class,stimulate students’ thirst for knowledge,and build a good relationship between teachers and students,cultivating students’ ability,improving the quality of classroom teaching.Based on enhancement of "morality and the rule of law" in the teaching in the class of junior high school teachers and students interact,based on the related theory of classroom interaction between teachers and students,combining with the yan ’an zichang county of a school classroom interaction between teachers and students "morality and the rule of law" class of questionnaires,interviews and classroom observation,"morality and the rule of law" in the classroom teaching for junior high school,analyzing the present situation andproblems of interaction between teachers and students in the work of "morality and the rule of law" in the teaching in the class there is a lack of teachers’ professional ability,interactive way a single,lack of depth,students enthusiasm is not high,the interaction between teachers and students interaction and practice problem such as separation,trying to find the reasons of these problems,and put forward the improving teachers "morality and the rule of law" class professional capacity,rich classroom teaching between teachers and students interact,strengthen the deep interaction of curriculum content,improve students’ classroom interaction between teachers and students interest,interaction between teachers and students and practice such as strengthening the combination of classroom teaching teachers "morality and the rule of law" class interaction.This article tries to study "morality and the rule of law" to improve junior high school class of classroom teaching quality and enhance the effect of classroom teaching,as well as "morality and the rule of law" class teacher’s classroom teaching to provide certain reference,cause them all the attention to the problem of classroom interaction between teachers and students and thinking,actively carry out effective classroom interaction between teachers and students.
