With the expansion of universities,traditional methods of education and teaching methods have made it difficult to use the development of modern universities.Nowadays,students' demands for classroom teaching are getting higher and higher.With the development of the Internet,the challenges faced by class teachers are also increasing.Only through continuous teaching reforms,can teachers' teaching ability be improved.The fundamental way.Every year,the state invests a large amount of funds for teaching reform projects.Under current conditions,it is a very important task to develop a quality evaluation system suitable for teaching reform projects.This article has combed the relevant literature and found that scholars now focus on ensuring the quality of teaching reform,enriching the content of teaching reforms and other aspects of a single aspect,and lack of research on establishing a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation index system.Based on the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the quality evaluation index system,the analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy evaluation method,a complete set of teaching reform project quality evaluation system was constructed.The quality evaluation system starts from five dimensions: project application,project mid-term The inspection,project review,teaching reform effect,and talent training effect have been refined for each dimension,and are divided into two-level indicators and three-level indicators.Each indicator has been obtained through AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The weights can effectively evaluate the quality of teaching reform projects and have important guiding significance for teaching reform projects.Then,taking the quality evaluation of the Weifang Z Academy teaching reform project as an example,a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation was carried out on the teaching reform project.Through the comprehensive evaluation,the weights of various indicators and the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,we can see that there are five of the quality evaluations of teaching reform projects.Grade indicators have achieved relatively good results,one evaluation index has achieved moderate effects,and the results of the analysis can find that some problems in the current teaching reform need to be improved.Through the research of this paper,we can conclude that for the evaluation of a teaching reform project,through the evaluation of the teaching quality evaluation system of the teaching reform project,we can find the problems of an indicator,and then according to the problems reflected in the system,In the actual teaching reform project management,targeted and targeted adjustments are made to make the teaching reform project more reasonable.Second,according to the comprehensive evaluation of the teaching reform project,it provides a good decision-making basis for the teaching reform project.
