Research On The Construction Status And Strategy Of The Teachers Team Of Sichuan Senior High School Physics Competition

It was selected as the survey object that The Sichuan Provincial High School Physics Contest team of teachers,compiled the “Questionnaire Survey on the Construction of the Sichuan Provincial Senior High School Physics Contestants”,based on the analyzing of the current status of Sichuan Province's senior high school physics contest teachers team,some problems can be seen: 1.The irrational structure of the contest teaching team;2.The serious shortage of the number of contest teachers;3.Insufficient knowledge of disciplines of contest teachers;4.Insufficient stability of contest teachers;5.A lot of pressure of contest teachers;6.Schools' insufficient input into contest education.Based on the current situation,further to put forward the strategies and methods for building the team of contestants: 1.To improve the rules and regulations of the contest teachers;2.To Perfect the protection mechanism;3.To Perfect incentive mechanisms;4.To Develop competition teaching channels;5.To Support resources for competition education;6.To Develop The study of competition education.
