With the global market,industrialization,urbanization,emotional problems and behavioral problems of employees become more and more serious.Emotional management of employees has become an important issue in the enterprises social work.Through emotional scale,questionnaire survey and field research,I know the emotional state of F employees.I found that the emotional problems of F employees are very serious and the cognitive and ability of emotional management is very poor.Based on "emotional management of employees ",I know that the social work study and practice is quite inadequate about it.We need to pay attention to and develop the emotional management of employees.I use rational-emotive therapy,system theory and social support theory to help employees understand their emotional management problems include emotion regulation,cognition,communication,ability and social support.On this foundation,we can know their needs of emotional management: improve the ability of emotional regulation,cognitive ability,communication skills and the ability to manage "emotional-environment".I carry out self-help groups for these employees to help them solve the problem of emotional management and relieve unhealthy emotions.Through interaction and action of group,I help employees improve the ability of emotional regulation,cognitive ability,communication skills and the ability to manage "emotional-environment".We integratedly improve of ability of emotional management and relieve unhealthy emotions.The group work about the emotional management of the employees has completed the goals and plans.I sorted out the theory and method of social work on emotional management,analyzed the situation and needs of emotional management of F employees and solved their problems of emotional management through self-help group.We realized the well-being of the F employees.Of course,there are many problems in this study,such as the limitations of social work theory,the ethical predicament of enterprise social work,the shortage of social workers and so on.I hope this experience will be provided to colleagues and colleagues can solve these problems.
