With the rapid development of higher education in China,more and more ethnic minority students have the opportunity to continue to study in colleges and universities.As a comprehensive college for ethnic minorities,the proportion of ethnic minority students reaches 60%,and the situation of minority students' learning inadaptability is more prominent.Therefore,the author hopes to take X University as an example to explore the inadaptability of minority college students in entering university.Before designing the developmental group service scheme for ethnic minority college students' learning adaptation,the author made a questionnaire survey.Semi-structured interviews and classroom observation were conducted to collect relevant data on learning adaptation of minority college students in X University.SPSS22 independent sample T test and correlation regression analysis were used to analyze the impact on X University.Five aspects of learning adaptation of minority college students are discussed in depth.A multi-dimensional study is established based on case interview data and questionnaire data analysis.Have a thorough understanding of their learning motivation,learning habits,teaching model adaptation,Chinese proficiency and learning efficacy This paper explores the outstanding problems existing in the learning adaptation of ethnic minority college students and makes use of the unique advantages of the developmental group to design a group service scheme to improve their adaptation.The establishment and implementation of the developmental group service plan in this paper always revolves around the outstanding problems existing in the learning adaptation of minority college students.The group service process is divided into three stages: group initial stage,middle group stage and late group stage.Through practice,it is found that the developmental group does have significant advantages in solving the problem of learning adaptation of minority college students.Finally,the author makes a deep reflection on the research process and methods,as well as the professional practice.In order to provide some experience and inspiration for future research.
