Secondary vocational education,as a bridge between junior high school education and senior vocational education,plays a significant role in vocational education.Therefore,it is essential for the development of vocational education to enhance its teaching quality.Teaching is one of the cores of vocational education,the management of which impacts on teaching quality.So,it is of great significance to study the teachers' teaching management in the Technical School Affiliated to Tianjin University of Technology and Education.This study is carried out in the Technical School Affiliated to Tianjin University of Technology and Education in terms of three aspects,including teaching plan management,classroom teaching management and practical training management.The research methods taken in this study are questionnaire survey and interview,so as to analyze the existing problems in teachers' teaching management.On the basis of the above research,suggestions have been put forward to,including renewing teaching notions,transforming the modes of teaching plan inspection,enriching teaching methods,increasing investment to practical training and setting up a sustainable teaching quality security mechanism.
