A Study On The Project Management Of Student Activities In Xi'an D University

University student activity is the effective carrier of students' education and the effective way for improving students' practical ability and creative spirit.with the calling upon innovation and entrepreneurship education and the continuous deepening of education teaching reform,the effective development of students' activities has been paid more and more attention by universities.However,the traditional student activity management can not meet the needs of students' comprehensive quality education.It has proved that the application of project management theory in university student activity can not only enhance the management level of universities,but also improve students' innovative practical ability.Project management in university student activity must conform to the principle of the subjectivity,guidance,effectiveness and creativity,and it also includes for stages,starting,planning,implementation and controlling and ending.The paper analyzes the feasibility of project management theory in university student activity according to the characteristics in university student activity based on the theory of project management.Talking Xian D college as an example,the author has investigated the present situation of student activities in university.In view of the problems(such as strong directives,weak activeness,lack of activity,unclear division of participants,and lack of related management mechanisms)existing in student activities,the content of student activity project management in Xian D college has been designed.According to “project—investigation—originality—argument”methodology,the another has designed the process of student activity project management.Then through analysis the operation of project management in practical activities of the university during the summer vacation,the improvement measures and suggestion are put forward.
