Evaluation On College Emergency Management Capability

Emergency management has developed rapidly in China,it has been repeatedly mentioned in recent years,and is getting more and more attention.The emergency management of colleges is an important part of the public emergency management system.Due to the particularity of the university itself,its emergency management is different from the general public emergency management.Different countries and regions have established sound emergency management of colleges systems based on their actual conditions to reduce the losses suffered by teachers and students in the face of various emergencies.Most of the researches on college emergency management focus on how to perfect the emergency management mechanism of colleges,and there is little research on the evaluation the emergency management ability of colleges.However,to improve the ability of emergency management of colleges,it is necessary to make a precise grasp of the current situation of emergency management.In view of this situation,this paper takes the emergency management evaluation index system of colleges as an entry point and puts forward its own views on how to improve the emergency management ability of colleges.Based on existing research results,This paper summarizes the definition,characteristics,types and causes of college emergencies and the factors affecting college emergencies.Based on these,combined with the experts interviews and data analysis,the evaluation index system of college emergency management was preliminarily constructed.According to the indicators and expert opinions,a questionnaire for the evaluation index system of colleges emergency management was constructed.,then collect data and test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The rationality of the established indicator system was modified and verified,through factor analysis and correlation analysis.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the indicator system and explain the meaning of each indicator.Through the fuzzy evaluation of the emergency management ability of college A,the level of emergency management ability of the university is obtained,which is in line with the actual situation.This result further verifies the rationality and practicability of the index system.Finally,according to the current situation of emergency management in college A,combined with research on emergency management,this paper gives own advice on how to improve itself emergency management ability of colleges,and a practical plan was innovatively proposed from the perspective of the ideological guidance,psychological intervention and public opinion.This research has made certain breakthroughs in both theory and practice,enriching the theoretical system of emergency management of colleges.It also provides an evaluation method for colleges to accurately grasp their own emergency management capabilities,and solutions for improving the level of emergency management of colleges.
