As a very important link in the process of physical education teaching,PE extracurricular homework is a way and means to understand,test and evaluate teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,which is helpful for students to consolidate their learning knowledge and skills.It is the main ways to help teachers adjust the follow-up teaching links and strengthen students’ physique to cultivate students’ life-long physical education concept.The national education department and relevant government agencies pay more and more attention to students’ homework.Therefore,extracurricular homework has also been given a certain amount of attention.In virtue of the lack of research on extracurricular sports homework,from the angle of improving students’ learning effect in physical education class,this thesis from the perspective of improving students’ learning effect,through the sports extracurricular homework and regular feedback of the teachers and students their own design sports homework without feedback two different ways,compared with the control group not sports extracurricular homework experiments,the results are as follows:From the athletic performance before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in athletic performance between the experimental group A,experimental group B and the control group(P<0.01).According to the mean difference,the most significant improvement was found in group A,followed by group B and the control group,indicating that PE homework had a certain impact on sports performance.PE homework assigned and regularly feedback by teachers had the best effects.From the perspective of sports interest before and after the experiment,there was no difference in sports interest between the experimental group A and the control group(P>0.05).Experimental group B showed that there was no difference between the two dimensions,negative degree of participation in sports and physical education learning interest(P > 0.05),but the positive interest in sports learning and autonomous learning level existed significantdifference(P<0.05),suggesting that the students design their own sports homework without feedback could have a positive impact on the sports interest,what’s more,could stimulate the students’ physical education learning initiative;After the experiment,the comparison of exercise performance among the groups showed that there was no difference in 50-meter running between the groups of experiment A,experiment B and control(P>0.05).There was significant difference in standing long jump(P<0.05).There was a significant difference(P<0.01)in throwing the solid ball with both hands forward,indicating that the influence of PE homework on various sports items was different.In terms of the experimental group after sports interest point of view,there was no difference between sports interest in sports participation and sports study negative interest(P>0.05),physical education learning active interest exists significant difference(P<0.05).The level of autonomous learning is significantly difference,which means different forms of sports homework lead to the effects of different interests of sports.Therefore,this paper mainly verifies the impact of extracurricular sports homework on primary school students’ physical education learning effect through the experimental method,providing a powerful theoretical basis for school physical education in the improvement of extracurricular sports homework,so as to cultivate students’ habit of lifelong physical exercise,promote students’ physical development in an all-round way,and add a strength to the future of physical education.
