The professional development of the teacher is an important part of the professional development of teachers,which is related to the smooth operation of the school.In the full implementation of compulsory education school teachers performance wage reform since the class teacher performance appraisal has become the focus of class performance management.Whether the performance evaluation method of the class teacher is scientific,whether it can promote the professional development of the class teacher and improve the management efficiency of the school.This paper takes the influence and effect of the performance pay system on the professional development of the class teacher,and uses the theoretical research method to sort out the guiding value of the theory of incentive theory,two-factor theory and fair theory.This paper uses the questionnaire survey and interview and other empirical research methods to select M and A,B school as a sample,based on the analysis of M teachers ’performance salary scheme,teachers and class teachers as the survey object,understand teachers’ performance wage system,Evaluation and Opinion of Performance Evaluation.Found that A,B school teachers performance appraisal program implementation of the similarities and differences of the two schools of the professional development level of the class teacher,such as the assessment program makers and implementers are mainly the school’s leadership,political and religious departments,mainly to the results of quantitative assessment of the evaluation,The professional development of the class teacher had a negative impact.There are some problems in the performance evaluation of the class teacher: the evaluation index is heavy,the performance appraisal program does not pay attention to the indicators related to the professional development of the class teacher;the examination subject is too single,there is no multi-faceted,multi-angle assessment of the class teacher;,After the assessment is not timely feedback to the class teacher and so on.Then,on the basis of analyzing the positive and negative effects and causes of the teacher’s performance pay system on the professional development of the teacher,this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures to improve the performance wage policy of the government,the school and the teachers to promote the professional development of the eacher in order to continue to improve the guarantee performance wage policy,To develop a scientific and rational performance wage program,strengthen the professional development indicators of the class teacher to provide the appropriate protection and incentives to better promote the scientific development of education management.
