The flexible and proper integration of model education into moral and rule-of-law teaching in junior middle school is helpful to overcome the inadequacy of the content and object in the moral education of teenagers,and to enhance the effectiveness of moral education.The thesis is based on Marxist epistemology,social learning theory and value clarification theory,and according to the characteristics of model education,such as value guidance,goal motivation,behavior demonstration,etc.This paper analyzes the problems of model education in moral and rule of law teaching in junior high school,that is,the role model chooses to alienate students from their lives,the content of model education is narrow and one-sided,the method of model education is rigid,and the goal of model education is too high,and so on.And attribute the above-mentioned problems to politics.The rule education replaces the inertia idea of moral education,the impact of utilitarianism tendency in the market economy society,the dispelling of historical nihilism to the lofty belief,the breeding of the contemporary junior middle school students' self-centered consciousness and so on.The application of model education in moral and rule-of-law teaching in junior high school should follow the unity of rational identity and emotional acceptance,the unity of behavior imitation and spiritual perception,the unity of ultimate purpose and stage requirements,and the unity of all-round development and individual manifestation.The principle of unity of generality and pertinence.The choice of model education should establish scientific standards,one is to pay attention to orientation,pertinence and appropriateness in order to enhance the typicality of choice,and the other is to deal with it well.Heroic feats and mortals,traditional and new models,teaching materials and school-based development models,teachers' words and examples,and so on,in order to realize the diversity of choice.The strategy of optimizing the application of model education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school should be systematized.First of all,to present the educational implication of role models in an all-round way,includingobjectively presenting the true state of role models,taking into account the struggle process and results,valuing experience and lessons,and clarifying the value of history and times;Secondly,maximize the educational value of the role model,including traditional and modern methods,teachers' guidance and students' inquiry,theoretical education and practical feelings,school education and family and social influence,and so on.In order to enhance the affinity,pertinence and appeal of junior middle school morality and rule of law teaching,we try our best to visualize and concretize the ideological and moral quality education in order to enhance the affinity,pertinence and appeal of moral and legal teaching.
