Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the elementary "Science"curriculum,as a course of inquiry and practice,has received increasing attention in the wave of curriculum reform.Providing appropriate educational forms for the development of students' creativity,problem-solving ability and design thinking is a key task of education reform in various countries and an important topic of current curriculum reform.These are the key contents of the teaching of Science curriculum.Therefore,it is very necessary for primary school science teachers to combine the new curriculum standards with the existing talent training requirements,adopt effective teaching models and teaching methods,and change the current status of the science teaching model in primary schools,which only emphasizes the accumulation of scientific knowledge and neglects the cultivation of scientific literacy.Therefore,this study constructs a design-based teaching model of science curriculum in primary school under the STEAM concept,and explores the impact of this teaching model in science of primary schools.This study firstly uses the literature research method to review the research status of STEAM education,design learning and elementary school "science" education at home and abroad,and analyzes the typical primary school "science" teaching model at home and abroad,and analyzes the advantages of existing primary school "science",but found that there is a single teaching method,the lack of interdisciplinary teaching content,the teaching process is too structured,only care the accumulation of scientific knowledge and neglect the scientific literacy training,so it is imperative to reform the teaching model of the "Science" curriculum in primary schools.Secondly,with the support of constructivism theory,multiple intelligence theory,collaborative learning theory and activity theory,construct the design-oriented teaching model of "Science" curriculum in primary school under the STEAM concept.Through the analysis of teaching goal analysis,learners'characteristics analysis and interdisciplinary knowledge content analysis,this model designs detailed design-based teacher-student teaching activities.Students use a series of teaching activities that integrate inquiry and design process,with purpose and planned interdisciplinary knowledge learning,and design a learning scaffolds to support the entire learning process,through the design of design-based teaching evaluation system to achieve feedback of the entire teaching process,and constantly perfect the STEAM concept in the primary school Science" design-based teaching model.Finally,combine the current implementation of the "Science" curriculum in primary schools,this model has been applied in the teaching of "Science" in Hangzhou Tiandi Primary School,summed up the educational teaching experience of the model in the practical application process,and provides a reference for the reform of the teaching model of"Science" curriculum n primary school.It can be known from the practice that the application of the design-based teaching model of:Science" under the STEAM concept of:Science" in primary schools needs to focus on the following aspects:design funny,dynamic,living,and iterative teaching activities;students' subjectivity and the teacher's dominance are equal;design dynamic and pluralistic teaching evaluation system.This study organically integrates the STEAM concept with the design-based teaching model,and constructs the design-based teaching model of "Science" in primary school under the concept of STEAM.This model enhances students' interest of learning science,inquiry science,applied science and enhances students' problems.resolving ability and innovative application ability,realizing the cultivation of students' scientific literacy,providing new ideas for improving the teaching quality of "Science" curriculum in primary school,and cultivating creative talents in China,and providing reference from the teaching level for China and play a facilitating role for the reform and development of the teaching model of the"Science" curriculum in primary schools,truly guarantee the "landing" of the new curriculum standards.
