STEAM education focuses on the inquiry teaching based on the real situation and has a mature interdisciplinary knowledge integration model,emphasizing the study and exploration of scientific knowledge.Maker education advocates the educational concept of"learning by doing",trains students' innovation ability and practical ability through abundant engineering practice projects,and emphasizes the comprehensive application of industrial design,computer technology,machinery manufacturing and other technologies.Both have distinction already,also have connection,have the natural advantage that forms complementary advantage.With the development of quality education in China and the advancement of basic education curriculum reform,the ministry of education proposed to explore STEAM education and maker education mode.In the field of science education,China's primary school science curriculum standards for compulsory education issued in 2017 added the"technology and engineering"section to the science curriculum,which is the result of the integration of STEM education and China's science education reform.The cultivation of future scientific and technological talents should start with the cultivation of students'scientific literacy and innovative ability.In order to further innovate the scientific teaching mode and enrich the scientific teaching content,this study attempts to integrate STEAM education and maker education into the primary school science curriculum,providing a reference for the science curriculum design integrated by STEAM education and maker education.This paper is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part:clarify the research background,research content,research methods and other basic issues,define the core concepts;Through literature analysis,relevant theories and research status of STEAM education and maker education are sorted out.The second part:based on the education philosophy of STEAM education and maker education,analyzed the primary school science curriculum objectives and content selection based on the integration of the two,and set up the curriculum content framework with the theme of"green action".The third part:taking senior primary school students as the object,combined with STEAM and maker integration cases,carried out preliminary analysis of course design;Take the 5E teaching method as the basic framework,and write the specific links of the"green action"course.The fourth part:teaching material,as the main tool of education and teaching,is the main presentation way of teaching design.From the aspects of board design,structural clues,language presentation,chart arrangement and column presentation,this chapter focuses on the presentation method of primary school science curriculum based on STEAM and maker education integration.The fifth part:this chapter tries to design a set of evaluation system for the curriculum based on the evaluation Suggestions in the elementary school science curriculum standards of China and the national science education standards of the United States.The sixth part:return to the cause and purpose of the course design,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of this study,and provide relevant Suggestions for educators using this course or similar courses.
