Guaranteeing higher scientific research literacy of postgraduates is an inevitable requirement to improve the quality of personnel training in Colleges and universities.With the increasing scale of Postgraduates in recent years,the quality of postgraduate training has been questioned in the society.As part-time counselors of graduate students,"1 + 3" postgraduates,because of their dual identity as teachers and students,need to coordinate scientific research tasks and work tasks during their study,so it is of great practical significance to pay attention to the quality of their training.This paper takes the scientific research literacy of "1 + 3" postgraduates in Jiangxi Province as the research object,aiming at understanding the current situation and existing problems of "1 + 3" postgraduates' scientific research literacy,and putting forward countermeasures to further improve the scientific research literacy of "1 + 3" postgraduates.In order to achieve this goal,firstly,based on the theory of successful intelligence and learning conditions,this paper puts forward the measurement method of scientific research literacy of "1 + 3" postgraduates and constructs the influencing factors model,thus putting forward the theoretical framework of "1 + 3" postgraduates' scientific research literacy.According to the framework,a series of research hypotheses are put forward from personal factors,research conditions,tutor guidance and work tasks.Secondly,in order to verify the research hypothesis,the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables is set on the basis of theoretical analysis framework,and the questionnaire and interview outline of "1 +3" postgraduates' scientific research literacy status are designed and compiled.Thirdly,based on the collected questionnaires and interview data,this paper analyses the status quo of scientific research literacy of "1 + 3" postgraduates,and uses T test,variance analysis,bivariate correlation analysis and other statistical methods to verify the research hypothesis.Fourthly,according to the survey results,some suggestions are put forward on how to improve the scientific research literacy of "1 + 3" postgraduates.The findings are as follows:(1)The overall level of scientific literacy of "1 + 3" postgraduates is general.(2)Eight variables,such as grade,professional category,student origin,scientific research experience,professional interest,frequency of tutor's guidance,scientific research opportunity and number of supervisors,have different effects on the three dimensions of "1+3" postgraduates' scientific researchinnovation literacy,scientific research practice literacy and scientific research expression literacy.(3)The "1+3" postgraduates have some problems,such as lack of scientific research innovation literacy,need to improve scientific research practice literacy,weak scientific research expression literacy and low quality of scientific research achievements.(4)The causes of the problems in the scientific research literacy of "1+3" postgraduates include the role conflict caused by the multiple identities of "1+3" postgraduates,the excessive work tasks undertaken by "1+3" postgraduates,and the fact that the part-time work of "1+3" postgraduate counselors is not in line with personal expectations.Therefore,in order to improve the scientific research literacy of "1 + 3" postgraduates,we need the following targeted management countermeasures: first,clear the role orientation of "1 + 3" postgraduates,distinguish the primary and secondary responsibilities,and put academic and scientific research in the first place.Secondly,we should ensure that "1 + 3" postgraduates have sufficient research time and adjust the workload of counselors for "1 + 3" postgraduates appropriately.Thirdly,to optimize the job allocation of "1 + 3" postgraduates,the assignment of part-time counselors' work tasks needs to be approved by the tutors.Fourthly,we should give full play to the scientific research advantages of "1 + 3" postgraduates and encourage them to form scientific research teams with undergraduates.
