In September 2016,the name of the textbook of "Ideology and Morality" in junior high school was renamed " Moral and the Rule of Law." The curriculum is guided by the core values of socialism and the overall layout is very novel.Most of the "exploration and sharing" columns are in the form of " activities + questions " throughout the textbooks,the content is close to the students' life,paying attention to practical exploration,and becoming an important breakthrough to pass on the correct values to students.However,in the current teaching practice,its role has not been maximized.It is necessary to guide students to learn to think and form correct values through the expansion of their knowledge,so as to achieve the purpose of unity of knowledge and practice.This requires teachers to fundamentally change their concepts,based on the guidance of advanced education concepts,and to continuously explore and innovate the classroom teaching model.The value clarification method originated in the 1960 s.Its representatives are Lasisi,Haming,and Simon of the United States.Its main task is to help students clarify their own values through the evaluation process and the method of value clarification,focusing on the process of value guidance and formation.This is highly compatible with the teaching objectives of "moral and rule of law" in junior high school under the background of the new curriculum reform,and provides some useful enlightenment for the teaching of "exploration and sharing" activities in junior high school morality and rule of law.In this regard,the author tries to use the theory of value clarification as a guidance,critically absorb and innovate value clarification method,and summarizes the general steps of value clarification method used in the teaching of "exploration and sharing" in the junior high school morality and rule of law teaching,and carries out teaching design accordingly.During the practice period,the teaching practice was boldly carried out.According to the teaching feedback and teaching reflection obtained by using the interview method,the author puts forward some optimization paths on the application of value clarification method in the teaching of "exploration and sharing" in junior high school morality and rule of law.This article consists of five parts.This paper summarizes the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,research methods,research ideas,innovation and shortcomings.The second part is an overview of the value clarification method,which mainly includes the connotation,theoretical basis,content and characteristics of the value clarification method;The third part analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of value clarification method in the teaching of "exploration and sharing" in the moral and rule of law in junior high school,critically absorbs and innovates the "three-stages and seven-steps" evaluation process of the value clarification method.Summarize the general steps of the value clarification method used in the teaching of "exploration and sharing" in the moral and rule of law of junior high school,namely,selecting themes(propose questions,independent design),discussing and communicating(demonstrating choices,exchange discussions,and value clarification),and introspection and consolidation(exchange feedback,consolidation and generation);The fourth part is to use the value clarification method to design the "exploration and sharing" teaching in junior high school morality and rule of law class,and to show teaching cases and classroom teaching effects;The fifth part is the teaching reflection and optimization path of the value clarification method applied in the "exploration and sharing" teaching of junior high school morality and rule of law.Through the reflection,the author puts forward the following four optimization paths:excavating and extending the connotation of activities and improving the students 'value judgment ability;Pay attention to the process of motivation evaluation,create a harmonious classroom atmosphere;Flexible choice of clarification strategies to provide students with methodological guidance;Give full play to the role of parents to help students consolidate and generate behavior.
