The textbook is the basic basis for school education and teaching.It is an important carrier for solving the fundamental problem of "cultivating people,cultivating people,and cultivating people".It is of compulsory education.The textbooks are divided into the Compulsory Education Ideological and Moral Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition),the Opinions on Cultivating and Practicing Socialist Core Values(2013),the Opinions on the Heritage and Development of Chinese Traditional Culture(2014),and the Outline of Juvenile Rule of Law Education.(2016)and the "Proposal for the Compilation of the Textbooks for the Rule of Law Education in Primary and Secondary Schools"(2016)are based on the preparation of the book,and are enriched with the continuous development of the state and society.Compared with the old textbook "Ideology and Morality",the new textbook not only adjusts the knowledge points and their distribution,but also pays more attention to the students' life experience and learning experience.The editorial has also been revised.The textbooks have changed the activities in the previous textbooks.Design is the way to design activities in order to draw or verify the textual point of view.By adding activity columns,the activities carry the function of "knowledge" learning.At the same time,each type of activity has its own specific functions,and each activity design Have a certain mental intention.The scaffolding of teaching and learning by setting up "small columns" is a major feature of the textbook "Moral and Rule of Law".The "Exploration and Sharing" column is aimed at "reveling contradictions or collisionsof different experiences",facing the confusion,contradictions and conflicts in the growth of students,providing important topics for moral discussion and dialogue,in order to enhance students' ideological understanding and moral cultivation.The rule of law provides an important opportunity.It is the key to stimulating students' interest and cultivating students' ability.It is an important link to help students establish their initiative and spirit of inquiry.In teaching,teachers should make full use of the relevant content of the "Investigation and Sharing" column in the textbook,strengthen the design of inquiry activities,focus on the activities of the content of the inquiry,pay attention to the learning experience of ideological and political curriculum,and the human education version of "moral and the rule of law"(Seventh grade book)is the research object,using literature research method,case study method,observation method and other research methods,combined with the specific content of the "exploration and sharing" column,to explore the necessity and importance of its type,and different The type of "Investigation and Sharing"column proposes specific application strategies to provide a useful reference for practical teaching.The first part is an overview of the relevant theories of the "Inquiry and Sharing" section of Morality and the Rule of Law.First,explain the connotation of the "Investigation and Sharing" column in "Moral and Rule of Law".Secondly,the types and specific forms of the"Exploration and Sharing" column in "Moral and Rule of Law" are explained.According to different orientations,it can be divided into five types: thinking development class,experience reflection class,situation discussion class,behavior-oriented class and comprehensive class;according to different presentation modes,it can be divided intoillustration,material analysis,fill-in-the-blank,discriminant,group activities.Five forms.Finally,the characteristics of the subjectivity,experience,inquiry and practice of the "Investigation and Sharing" column in "Moral and Rule of Law" are explained.The second part is an analysis of the necessity and importance of setting up the "Inquiry and Sharing" column in "Moral and Rule of Law".The necessity is mainly demonstrated from three aspects: the inevitable requirement of the ideological and moral curriculum standard,the inevitable requirement of perfecting the curriculum form,and the needs of the young people's own development.The importance is mainly discussed in three aspects,which are beneficial to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching,help students to achieve value generation,and help to cultivate students' core literacy.The third part is the study of the application of the "Exploration and Sharing" column in "Moral and Rule of Law".First of all,from the different perspectives,the application of "exploration and sharing" column proposes the principle of adaptability,enlightenment and the combination of teacher-led and student subject.Secondly,according to different types of"exploration and sharing" columns,different application strategies are proposed,and combined with the seventh grade textbook of "Moral and Rule of Law" to show specific teaching design.
