Since 2016,China has changed the name of the textbook of Ideological and moral education from the beginning grade of junior high school to morality and the rule of law.The new textbook classifies and summarizes the contents of the textbook.The textbook of Grade 7is arranged around individuals and families.The textbook of Grade 8 is arranged with schools and society as the theme.The textbook of grade 9 is arranged from the perspective of the country and the world.Each textbook is mainly arranged Among them,the second volume of the eighth grade "morality and the rule of law" is a special volume of the rule of law,which is the basic basis of the rule of law education for teenagers.At the end of 2018,the Ministry of education readjusted the content of the second volume of the 2017 edition of the textbook of morality and rule of law.Now,the second volume of the textbook of morality and rule of law used in the middle school is the second version in December 2018.Compared with the second volume of the 2017 edition of the textbook of morality and rule of law,the second volume of the revised edition of the textbook of morality and rule of law is adjusted The whole range is not large,but some old columns have been modified.Two items have been added in the first box of the fifth lesson "basic system of our country" in the textbook,namely,"distribution according to work as the links","methods and skills",and "expanding space".Among them,"exploration and sharing" column accounts for the largest proportion,with 89 "exploration and sharing" columns,with an average of 4 columns per box and up to 6 columns per box.This paper makes a statistical,analytical and applied research onthe column of "exploration and sharing" in the second volume of the eighth grade "morality and rule of law".The first part: the second volume of the eighth grade "morality and the rule of law"textbook "explore and share" column of the relevant theoretical interpretation.A brief description of the the implementation of curriculum standards,a necessary way for the construction of curriculum activities and the formation of teenagers' awareness of the rule of law.Making full use of the column of "inquiry and sharing" in teaching is conducive to deepening the learning ofstudents' knowledge of the rule of law,improving students' ability to distinguish right from wrong,and cultivating students' spirit of cooperative inquiry.The third part: the application strategy of "exploration and sharing" in the second volume of the eighth grade "morality and rule of law".The application of "exploration and sharing" should follow the principles of creativity,assistance,experience and intelligence.There are five different types of "exploration and sharing" in the second volume of the eighth grade "morality and the rule of law".The strategies are different.The analysis and development are as follows: knowledge extraction,flexible innovation;experience feeling: scene introduction,experience feeling;discrimination and evaluation: meaning discrimination,able to speak;comprehensive application: clear logic,orderly organization.
