In order to discover the problems in the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of physical movement function training,in the meanwhile this is used as a reference for the experience,which will enable Tsinghua University High School–Shangdi to set up a school-based curriculum for physical exercise function training to fully explore the value of physical exercise function training.This paper studies the development of school-based curriculum of physical exercise function training in the school by the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and video observation.The results are as follows:1.Our country attaches importance to the healthy development of young people's physique,so the external environment of the school-based curriculum for physical exercise function training is well-founded for Tsinghua University High School-ShangDi.Meanwhile,the internal environment,except for the faculty,is conducive to curriculum development.The problem of faculty can be solved by hiring external teachers.2.The goal of school-based curriculum of physical exercise function training should be in accordance with the requirement of the sports and health curriculum,which emphasizes the target that students master correct exercise actions and the theory of rectifying incorrect actions.3.At present,because our country does not have a unified textbook on physical exercise function training courses,therefore the following two books are recommended as reference materials for the school-based curriculum of physical exercise function training.One book is "Body Movement Function Training(published in 2017 by People's Sports Publishing House)" edited by Yin Jun and Yuan Shoulong,and another book is "The Body Function Training Action Manual(published by People's Sports Publishing House)" compiled by the National Team Physical Education Training Center of the National Sports Administration Training Bureau.4.Referring to “The Body Function Training Action Manual “body movement function training system,in order to meet the needs of students to enhance physical fitness,improve physical education test scores and develop physical fitness,so as to improve students' strength quality,explosive force quality and flexibility quality,improve students' joint pain and poor posture,and improve the effectiveness of students' physical exercise.5.After the implementation of the physical exercise function training school-based curriculum,students have positive responses to curriculum satisfaction,curriculum interest,classroom teaching effects,and teacher evaluation.However,41% of students are less willing to share body exercise function exercises with others.6.In the process of implementing the school-based curriculum of physical exercise function training,it is necessary to eliminate the environmental factors that affect classroom teaching and to improve the students' efficiency in classes.
