With the development of science and technology and the deepening of social division of labor,all kinds of personnel training and education institutions in society should be constantly transformed,and their educational models,methods and content settings should be consistent with the needs of society.At present,there are still some problems in China's talent training system and social needs,such as too much emphasis on cultural achievements,weak talent training planning,and unfavorable employment for talent training.Therefore,starting from the foundation and persistence of personnel training,career planning education should be carried out in senior high schools.Career planning education in senior high schools is of positive significance to the foundation,specialty and comprehensiveness of talent cultivation and the cultivation of more high-quality talents in Colleges and universities.In order to find out the current situation of career planning education in key senior high schools in Tangshan City,this paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview survey to carry out research.With the support of literature analysis,this paper summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,the experience and enlightenment at home and abroad,and the definition of core concepts,which lays the theoretical foundation and research scope for this study,looks at the current research situation from the domestic and foreign perspectives,and provides help for the in-depth study of this paper.Through questionnaires,this paper mainly studies the current situation of career planning education in key senior high schools in Tangshan.The respondents selected 298 students from three key high schools in Tangshan City to carry out questionnaires.The data were analyzed by spss.Through the analysis,it is found that the existing problems of career planning education in key senior high schools in Tangshan are as follows: insufficient infrastructure;unsystematic and incomplete teaching content;inadequate use of teaching media,less direct experience activities,insufficient use of home-school cooperation;lack of in-depth knowledge,unclear career orientation and vocational regulations.The ability to draw tools is weak.In order to enrich the richness of research materials and the comprehensiveness of research on career planning education in key senior high schools in Tangshan,this paper also uses interview method to interview school managers and teachers,recognizing that career planning education is influenced by society,schools and teachers.Based on the practice of career planning at home and abroad and the analysis of the current situation and problems of career planning education in key senior high schools in Tangshan City,this paper puts forward some suggestions for career planning education in key senior high schools in Tangshan City: strengthening the formulation of career planning education policy and the implementation of administrative guidance;overall arrangement of career planning education content;enriching students.The ways and means of career planning education are constructed,and the evaluation feedback mechanism is constructed to improve teaching effect.These strategies cover the relevant parties of career planning education,so that these strategies can play a comprehensive effect and promote the better implementation of career planning education in Tangshan.
