In traditional sports teaching mode,teachers' attention to the cultivation of the students learning ability is insufficient,students in the case of passive learning system for a long time hard to master sports knowledge and skills,students' sports participation is often accompanied by the end of the physical education curriculum and termination,this lifetime sports undoubtedly produced negative effects for students.Therefore,how to improve the learning ability of students,let students from passive learning to active learning,lets the student after the PE course learning z can also continue to through other ways into the physical education learning,it should be a school sports workers are thinking about.High school is formed in the youth values and behavior attitude important period,especially as a physical education learning,high school is compulsory education phase excessive physical education learning to the college physical education learning period,master knowledge of sports skills in high school and exercise habits,as well as the related sports values to enter college and into the work of sports participation is vital,so for high school students of physical education learning ability research is necessary.This study using the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field observation method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,with luliang city high school students as the study case,analyzes the present situation and problems of the high school physical education learning abilities,research conclusions are as follows:(1)sports learning ability refers to the individual psychological characteristics that guarantee students' success in obtaining sports knowledge and skills.Is the student to adapt to the learning activities,the organization learning activities,solve the problem of learning,to obtain the ability of learning,including the ability to obtain,self-regulation ability,problem-solving ability and so on three subsystems.(2)the physical education learning ability to obtain relevant conclusions: observation ability in sports learning,most of the students for technical action watch also stay on the point of view of mechanical imitation,and the lack of observation evaluation standards;In terms of physical learning and memory ability,most students' short-term memory ability is ideal,butthe continuous technical action memory ability and long-term memory ability have problems.In the sports of imitation ability,students' overall ability to imitate is not ideal,under normal continuous motion demonstration,students for technical motion imitation is difficult to meet the basic requirements,In the aspect of sports learning thinking ability,students have some shortcomings in abstract thinking ability,and critical thinking is difficult to be effectively trained due to the influence of teachers' authority.In the aspect of sports practice,students have more passive practice,more independent practice than major,and lack of regular practice.(2)the conclusion of physical education self-regulation ability: in the aspect of self-motivation,the self-motivation of students in the course is obvious,but the self-motivation of extracurricular sports is insufficient;In terms of body's self-cognition ability,students' understanding of their physical fitness and athletic ability is insufficient.In terms of self-planning ability,the number of physical education programs is relatively small,and students have a large proportion of passive learning.In terms of self-control ability,the total score of self-controlling ability of students in luliang city high school is at medium level,but most students show the instability of self-control.In terms of self evaluation,students for their sports foundation,the respect such as physical education learning specialty can form a kind of self-knowledge,but to study the effect of self assessment has not yet formed.(3)relevant conclusion of sports learning problem solving ability: in solving the problem of learning problem,most students have poor initiative and solve problems in a single way;In terms of solving the problem of fitness,students have less application of their physical knowledge and skills in the exercise,and their fitness is free.In solving the problem of sports entertainment,students in sports entertainment aspects of problem solving has been underway for a try,but this relationship with sports curriculum knowledge and skills is smaller,more is through some form of sport and the adjustment of the content to gain experience the pleasure of sports;In solving the problem of sports injury problem,students have some knowledge to solve problems,but lack of experience in dealing with sports injuries.On this basis,the following Suggestions are made:(1)improve teachers' attention to the training of high school students' sports learning ability.On the one hand,it should pay attention to students' application ability of knowledge and skills,and emphasize the connection between physical education curriculum content and students' own physical training.On the other hand,we should enrich the content of the teaching,and add the knowledge and skills of physical training,sports organization skills,sports entertainment and sports injury prevention knowledge into the teaching content.(2)further enrich the sports content system of high school.Schools should be further enrich the existing system of student sports activities,to cultivate students sports clubs,sports team,such as student sports committee of student sports organization,let the student feel the richness of sports participation in content,to realize sports skills application breadth of knowledge.(3)strengthen the effective connection between physical education program and students' physical training.High school physical education curriculum should take the students physical training needs as the basic starting point,actively carry out some of the students like and has a wide participation of teaching content,and let the students learn to use,but also from the form of innovation.(4)build a student sports autonomous learning program and platform.On the one hand,to encourage students to study sports clubs,sports team construction,school should appoint specialized guidance physical education teachers,allocated special funds to maintain the day-to-day running of sports clubs and study group;On the other hand,we should establish the WeChat microblog platform related to physical education.(5)teachers should further strengthen teaching guidance on learning strategies and learning methods.PE teachers should teach students autonomous learning strategies and steps,to autonomous learning can provide students with a few sports,and can provide students with some autonomous learning of sports venues,etc.
