In our country elementary education reform continued to deepen,at the same time,also in constant increase demand for physical education workers,mastering many skills while specializing in is essential rule to survive in modern society,it also brings to the university sports education directly influence and challenge.Each school physical education for normal colleges full-time is continuously conveying sports reserve talented person,with the rise of social demand,the quality of teaching and the students' comprehensive ability has a certain improvement,but out of normal colleges and universities students with deficiencies still exist in teaching practice ability,to keep pace with the education reform and development,must to the cultivation of sports teachers and education reform,the traditional teaching mode in use today,played an important role on the cultivation of the talent,but with the development of the society,the progress of information technology,the demand for sports talents quality put forward higher requirements.As a result,the Seminar teaching model reference to sports education professional athletics special elective course teaching,hope this research can give contemporary special elective course of track and field teaching mode innovation provide some train of thought,can also provide reference for similar subject or field of research.This study mainly USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,with special elective physical education professional athletics level 2014 student as experimental object,a total of 20 boys 15 girls(5)students.After the completion of the teaching experiment,the data collection of the track and field electives was collected and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.In the class of 2014 special sports education professional track and field elective class teaching process,by adopting the combination of traditional teaching and Seminar teaching mode of teaching,is feasible,and has obtained the result of the comparison but person,makeuseful sports colleges and universities in the selection of training qualified workers had erratically.Interest in academic subjects before and after the experiment situation analysis it is concluded that the independent inquiry learning P = 0.000,the specific interest tendency P =0.003,active learning interest P = 0.041,P = 0.027 passive learning attitude,showing a significant difference,prove Seminar teaching intervention more help to track and field special elective learning interest and attitude to ascend,special optimization of track and field elective class and students learn better.2.Born in the track and field elective teaching process,the intervention of the Seminar teaching mode,make the teaching practical ability has improved significantly,the moral education ability P = 0.003,P = 0.004,the scientific research innovation ability in sports training,P = 0.001,master the ability to use tools,P = 0.001,show very significant difference,P = 0.017 physical education teaching ability,show significant difference,in terms of scientific research innovation,special elective class in the final paper averages 84.715 a comprehensive performance,and are in good category.3.To join the Seminar teaching model in the traditional teaching mode of intervention,the track and field special courses run 30 m(s),standing long jump(m),after a solid sphere(m)to achieve significant improvement,30 m stand of boys ran from 4.7440± 0.28162 to4.4493± 0.22970,girls from 5.6360 ± 0.19047 to 5.0640 ± 0.18105;The number of male students was increased from 2.6053 ± 0.13287 to 2.7567 ± 0.17041,and the girls increased from 1.9800± 0.10932 to 2.2500± 0.6124.After the boys,the solid ball was raised to 18.9767±2.21641 from 15.1533 ± 2.54576,and the girls increased to 12.4200 ±1.90971 from 9.300 ± 2.15174.4.The Seminar by special grade 2014 track and field elective class teaching mode of evaluation,shows that most students said Seminar teaching mode in the interest in learning,learning the enthusiasm and initiative,to improve the learning efficiency,improve the ability of language expression,interpersonal communication and team cooperation ability has very good effect,the implementation of the basic recognizes the pattern;But some students disagree.
