| With the industrial development of new material,new energy,and advanced manufacturing,shortage of new type technical talent emerged.Higher vocational education plays the critical role in talent training and industrial development,therefore the integration between industry and education become a new demands in training of new type talent for industrial upgrading of our country.Based on the condition of Guizhou province,training of high quality technical talent is urgently needed for the economic transformation,poverty alleviation and industrial distribution.Since then,Guizhou province government established Guizhou(Qingzhen)vocational education town in 2012.With the establishment of Guizhou vocational education town,the vocational education facilities in our province will be centralized in a unified plan.To the higher vocational education colleges,a new phase of accelerated development was then started,which brings out opportunities to integrate the education and industry in Guizhou.In such circumstances,the integrational development strategies of education and industry shall be formulated accordingly based on positioning theory,synergistic development theory as well as human capital theory.Upgrading of vocational education will then promote industrial development and subsequently the training and career of talent.This study conducts the historical research,current status of developing analysis,as well as problem analysis of the industry-education integration developing of Guizhou high vocational colleges.With the industry upgrading and based on the case study of Guizhou A Vocational College and the SWOT analysis as well as SWOT matrix,the study figures out the strategies of Guizhou high vocational colleges developing.The study tries to seek for the regular pattern about the developing of high vocational colleges;and it provides some thoughts of the development of local economy and vocational education,as well as provides references for Guizhou and other areas. |
