In the new period,basic role of the market economy,the integration of higher education and market has become an inevitable trend.The combination of undergraduate colleges and social forces leads to independent colleges.It plays an important role in the development of higher education.The development of independent colleges is an attempt at a new school-running mechanism,and plays a role in expanding educational resources and scale.The rise of independent colleges,from scratch to advance in the process,will appear in one way or another,will also produce inconsistent contradictions.From the present point of view,how to make the three types of personnel,full-time teachers,managers and teaching assistants in independent colleges get satisfactory incentives has become a major contradiction that needs to be solved urgently.This paper analyzes the research status of employee incentive management at home and abroad,introduces the theory of incentive,fairness,hierarchy of demand,expectation and two-factor,analyzes the status quo of NH independent college,and finds that there is a lack of scientific performance appraisal system,inadequate teacher training,lack of scientific research promotion and incentive,teachers and personnel.In view of the existing problems such as insufficient quality incentive and the lack of individual demand in incentive mechanism,the principles of fair and just,people-oriented,implementable,differential incentive,optimal objective,combination of material and spiritual incentives,combination of immediate incentive and continuing incentive have been formulated for full-time teachers,administrators and workers.In order to ensure the accurate implementation of the optimization scheme,the optimization scheme also puts forward some safeguard measures,such as process standardization,process monitoring,organization guarantee,resource guarantee,culture construction of NH independent college.In the good development period of independent college,the results of this study can be used as a reference to lay a foundation for the formulation of incentivemanagement.
