Research On The Construction Of The Honest And Close Teacher-Student Relationship In Universities Under The Background Of New Era Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

General secretary Xi Jinping made the profound political judgment of "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era" in the 19 th CPC national congress report,which has endowed China’s higher education cause with new understanding,new mission and new work requirements.The teacher-student relationship is a fundamental social relationship in the development of higher education.In the context of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the attention to the teacher-student relationship in universities should be placed in a more prominent position.The teacher-student relationship is a social relationship formed between the teachers and students in the school field and the interactive practice around teaching activities.It has the characteristics of spatiotemporal,symbiosis,structure and regularity.As a social relationship,the teacher-student relationship has two dimensions,namely,power relationship and ethics relationship.In the teacher-student interaction,teachers naturally have the power and are correspondingly bound by law and morality.Similarly,students have corresponding ethics.In view of the double dimensions of teacher-student relationship,the requirements of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the current situation of teacher-student interaction in colleges and universities,this study proposes the concept of an honest and close teacher-student relationship.The honest and close teacher-student relationship refers to that teachers and students should interact with each other in the framework of established laws,regulations and moral norms to achieve a clean and harmonious state.The honest and close teacher-student relationship is a summary of the requirements of existing laws and regulations,school rules and regulations,and teacher-student relationship between teachers and students.It has the characteristics of modernist philosophy and practicality.The serious alienation of the teacher-student relationship in universities makes the construction of the honest and close teacher-student relationship more realistic.The alienation of teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities is embodied in such aspects as the estrangement and conflict between teachers and students,utilitarianism between teachers and students,teacher corruption and academic sexual harassment.The alienation of the teacher-student relationship in universities is the result of the interaction of many factors such as social environment,university organization and teachers and students themselves in the rapid social transformation process since the reform and opening-up.The construction of the honest and close teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities is the solution to the alienation of the relation between teachers and students in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.According to the era development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the advance of the great power strategy of higher education,the construction of the honest and close teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities needs to realize the short-term goal of normalizing the relationship between teachers and students,the long-term goal of harmonizing the relationship between teachers and students and the fundamental goal of promoting the comprehensive development of the relationship between teachers and students.The process of constructing the honest and close teacher-student relationship should adhere to the principles of human nature of value orientation,gradual process construction and mutual sharing of achievements.On this basis,the following strategies are used to construction of the honest and close teacher-student relationship in universities: First,create an environment that respects teachers and loves students at the social level;Second,build an clean and harmonious university campus at the school level;third,create an equal teacher-student relationship at the teacher-student level.Through a series of measures,the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics presents a state of honest,clean,close and harmony.
