| Procrastination is the voluntary postponement of the beginning or completion of a planned action despite the anticipated adverse consequences of the action.Procrastination is common in People’s Daily life,often accompanied by a series of negative effects in emotion and behavior.Procrastination is more serious in college students,not only in study and study,but also in daily life and daily exercise.In view of the negative effects of procrastination,it is crucial to intensify research and seek effective intervention strategies to improve or overcome procrastination.This study,based on the field of exercise,discusses the exercise delay of college students by means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics,and adopts the method of peer assistance for exercise delay intervention.The results show that :(1)75.9% of the total number of students have the tendency of exercise procrastination,indicating that college students generally have the behavior of exercise procrastination.(2)the 16-week intervention experiment shows that the exercise program completion of the experimental group with peer assistance method is significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01),indicating that peer assistance method can effectively reduce the procrastination in exercise of college students.According to the results of the experiment,this paper analyzes the factors of college students’ exercise delay formation and the methods of peer assistance in the intervention of exercise delay.The following Suggestions are given: 1.Strengthen self-management;2.Improve physical education awareness;3.Increasing delay in mental health counseling;To enrich students’ extracurricular sports activities... |
