By consulting the literatures about Mu-class at home and abroad,this paper understands the course of the emergence and development of MU class,the definition of Mu course by scholars at home and abroad,and the basic mode and theoretical basis of the course,which basically has a clear understanding of Mu class.Then through the selection of the domestic mousse platform on the Chinese University MOOC “Wushu: Taiji cultivation and physical and mental development” and good University Online “Zhongyuan Culture(Wushu)” Wushu course,and from the course information,course content,teaching teachers,learning support services,The development and design of the above Wushu MU course are analyzed in five aspects of learning assessment and evaluation,and its concrete theoretical basis is analyzed.The article holds that the current domestic Wushu MU curriculum is based on behavioral learning theory,with immersion theory,mixed learning theory and other auxiliary guidance to complete,the curriculum framework,process and so on basically follow the behavioral learning theory of the small step principle,positive feedback principle,self-determined pace principle,such as the design of the course shooting situation,The combination of teaching resources and so on follow the immersion theory and mixed learning theory and so on.On this basis,the author combines the basic situation of Wushu teaching in the class 2018 Wushu course of the College of Physical Education of Jilin Institute of Sports,and designs some courses of wushu "basic wushu",but Wushu,as a highly practical course,Through the way of video teaching,wushu technology or theoretical knowledge points can be more intuitively displayed in front of students,but the most critical link in the improvement of technology is the practice,so the author combined with the theory of mixed learning,through the rational arrangement of online and offline time to achieve the traditional teaching as a supplement to the teaching model,in order to improve students ' independent learning,The ability of collaborative learning to enhance students ' interest in wushu learning.
