Australian vocational education is at the advanced level in the world,and its unique TAFE model has become a model of vocational education in the world.After decades of reform and development,TAFE college has explored a school-running mode that is highly characteristic and suitable for its own actual development needs: in terms of school-running objectives,guided by industry needs,providing technical vocational education and training to meet students' lifelong learning and personality development;in terms of professional curriculum,based on training packages,the curriculum content is mainly from education departments,colleges and industries.Relevant departments formulate according to the demand of employment market,adhere to the ability-based teaching and practice,pay attention to training students' comprehensive vocational ability,and train applied and skilled talents for industry enterprises.TAFE college has also acquired mature experience in the construction of vocational education teachers,and formed a complete teacher training system,thus ensuring that TAFE college has a high-quality,high-quality "double-qualified" teacher team.This paper takes the teacher training project of TAFE college as the research object,and focuses on the new teacher induction training,in-service teacher post-service training and teacher enterprise practice.The Australian government has issued a series of policies to guarantee the implementation of induction training for new teachers.It makes full use of various resources,guides and trains new teachers,adopts various training methods such as tutor guidance and online learning,and learns rich content,and constructs a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to test the effect of new teachers' training.TAFE college upholds the idea of lifelong education and integration of education to carry out on-the-job teacher training.Through diversified training approaches such as off-duty training and on-the-job training,TAFE college can improve on-the-job teacher's educational and teaching ability and industry training skills,form a multi-participation assessment mechanism,and ensure the fairness and fairness of training effect.In order to improve teachers' practical ability,the Australian government,industry committees,and TAFE colleges have formed a joint effort to participate in and guide teachers' enterprise practice.Through the establishment of practical modes such as apprenticeship and teacher-enterprise,set modular practice content and develop school-enterprise interaction.Evaluation,improve teachers' practical ability and education and teaching level.Finally,it summarizes and refines the experience andcharacteristics of the implementation of the teacher training project of TAFE college,and summarizes the mature experience of the teacher training project of TAFE college,with a view to providing useful ideas and reference for the construction of a new and distinctive teacher training system of higher vocational education in China.
