Since the 21 th century,as a mind purification in the civilization activity,the moral education has been an important part in our university education.However,in recent years,the moral poverty of college studengts has become the common concerns of the educational world and the whole society.This set important target request to the moral development of college students,and gave a higher challenge for the moral education in colleges and universities.Fistly,in order to understand the current situaion of the moral education in colleges and universities,the research used the questionnaire method to do the empirical investigation.In this research,the undergraduates were for the survey who were in the freshman year to senior year in a normal university in shandong.A questionnaire survy was conducted from the basic information of students,the moral main subject,the moral conetent,the moral method,the moral evaluate,the overall moral stuation of students and concrete moral behavior.And the survey results showed that the overall moral quality of college students appeared good situation,but the research had reflected some problems.These problems included: the moral education in colleges and universities has the deficienciy of caring for students' moral need,which missed listening to the internal monologue of the students who were in the face of moral confusion,and guiding moral needs.To some extent,the moral education in colleges and universities neglected the students' subjective feeling and emotional experience,which led to the disunity of knowing and doing.The moral education in colleges and universities rarely combined moral situation to implement the moral education,which ignored that the students gain the moral growth in the combination of norms and situations.In these respects,the moral education in colleges and universities separated from the essential characteristics of moral education.By telling moral stories,the moral education narration explores the moral philosophy and significance behind the story and promotes the moral growth and development of students.As a method of moral education,it accords with the development need of the moral education in colleges and universities,which is useful for getting out of the dilemma of moral education.Because it closes to daily life,and presents life events,which goes deep into the hearts of students and enriches their experiences on the basis of the life story.Secondly,in order to improve the present situation of moral education in colleges and universities,and analyze the value of the moral education narration in solving the problem of moral education,the research interviewed with moral education teachers,the instructor,the support students,the outstanding university students,the champion of sports colleges and the normal university students by the interviewing method.Then,the research selected some representative interview subjects as the main subjects of study.The research analyzed the story from an untended willow grows and consciously growing moral flowers.The research found and purified the value of the moral education narration that,being open and multi-solution,the moral education narration looks after the students' problems and confusion,not only meeting their moral needs,but also stimulating their moral needs.The moral education narration presents moral situation,not only giving moral norms nuique situational meaning,but also showing full and three-dimensional moral experience,which lets the students know how to selet and do in the special moral situation.The moral education narration awakens the students' consciousness of life,not only striking the students' heartstring and stimulating emotional experience,but also driving students to put moral knowledge into moral practice and realizing the unity of knowing and doing.So,the research used the moral education narration as the solving problems weapon,and emphasically gave it a value basis for solving moral problems.Therefore,the most important part of the eassy is the value analysis process of the moral education narration in colleges and universities.Lastly,in order to use moral education narration to solve the problems of moral education effectively,starting from the research thought“who is going to narrate-what to narrate-how to narrate”,the research seek the strategy of moral education narration:the instructor,the moral education teacher and the undergraduates are the moral education narration subjects.They can care about students' daily life and organize narrative contents from student'puzzles and inner needs.They can select students' interests and hot topics as narrative contents in order to attract students' attention.They can pay close attention to life around and choose distinctive value theme and rich and colorful stories.In addition,in the process of moral education narration,to make the moral education narration carry out smoothly,the narrative subjects can adopt the narrative attitude of sincere listening and patient guidance,the narrative ways of positive practicing and shared transfer,the narrative technique of a fusion of feeling with the natural setting,the narrative key of guiding moral inspiration and reflection.From the perspective of the moral education narration,prosposing the involvement value and application strategy,the research not only provides new thinking resource in this moral education narration,but also provided practical reference for improving knowledge imparting moral education.
