With the reform and development of the new curriculum,the reform of Chinese language teaching in primary schools has gradually become a topic of discussion in the education sector.The times have challenged the teaching of Chinese in primary schools.The integration of educational drama as a teaching method and the language subject of primary schools has provided new ideas for the reform and development of Chinese teaching.Many teachers have applied educational drama as a novel teaching method to primary school Chinese teaching,which has aroused great research interest.How do teachers know about education and drama,how to apply education and drama,whether there are problems to be solved in teaching,and whether teaching has played the educational function of education and drama has become the research problem of the author.The research methods used in this study are the literature method,the interview survey method,and the questionnaire survey method.Firstly,after collecting and combing the literature,the related concepts of education and drama are defined.On the basis of relevant theories,the value,application principles and application strategies of education drama in primary school Chinese teaching are expounded.Secondly,design questionnaires,compile interview outlines,and conduct research on first-line primary school language teachers who have applied education and drama.Then,the collected data and interview content are analyzed,and it is found that teachers have obvious problems in the cognition of education and drama,teacher's teaching implementation,teaching evaluation and reflection.And analyze the reasons from teachers,schools,and students.Finally,under the comprehensive analysis of theoretical and empirical research,the corresponding suggestions for teaching improvement are put forward,and I hope to provide some help and inspiration to teachers who love Chinese teaching in primary schools.In order to deepen the teachers' understanding of education and drama,it is recommended that the school hire external experts to carry out education and drama teaching guidance,the school teaching team to carry out education and drama teaching and discussion,and teachers to continuously learn education and drama related professional knowledge.In terms of improving the ability of teacher education and drama teaching design,it puts forward suggestions such as teachers' clear application methods,constructing teaching situations,paying attention to stylistic features,and creating unit teaching.In terms of improving the level of teachers' application of educational drama teaching,it is suggested to increase the number of application of educational drama teaching,increase the time of applying educational drama teaching,attach importance to the artistic aesthetic characteristics of educational drama,focus on the extracurricular extension of classroom teaching content,and create educational drama courses.In enhancing the teacher's teaching evaluation and reflection ability,it is recommended that teachers establish a sense of education and teaching research,pay attention to the diversity of evaluation subjects,pay attention to the diversity of evaluation methods,and formulate evaluation criteria for scientific systems.
