In view of the fact that physics teaching is increasingly divorced from real life,the new curriculum puts forward the teaching idea of "from life to physics,from physics to life".Numerous physics teachers and experts and scholars are also trying to find a more suitable way to combine physics teaching with life in China.They also propose that physics teaching should return to teaching and make teaching life-oriented.During the first year of research,the author read the literature about the life-oriented teaching of physics,and combined the theory of life-oriented teaching with his own high school physics teaching practice during the second year of research.The teaching effect is remarkable,and summarized some experience,hoping to help physics teachers better carry out the life-oriented teaching of physics.This paper is based on the textbook of People's Education Press.The research is divided into six parts:The first part elaborates the background and significance of the research;The second part defines the core concepts of the paper,introduces the theoretical basis of the study and some necessary principles that should be followed in the daily life of Physics Teaching in the first year of senior high school;In the third part,it puts forward specific strategies on how to carry out life-oriented teaching of physics in senior one in the aspects of teacher-student relationship,subject introduction,teaching process,exercises,homework and teaching evaluation,and analyses relevant teaching fragments;The fourth part is the development and utilization of teaching resources in life.The fifth part,the teaching design of life-oriented physics teaching in senior one,including the teaching design of "particle reference system","free falling movement","acceleration" teaching design,"static friction" teaching design,"centripetal force" teaching design;The sixth part is the summary and Reflection on the research of life-oriented physics teaching in senior high school.
