| High-quality vocational education teachers are the foundation and guarantee for promoting the reform and development of vocational education.The Ministry of Education and other departments have repeatedly proposed in various documents that it is necessary to improve the vocational education teacher training system,improve the quality and ability of "double qualified" teachers in vocational colleges,and continuously enhance the strength of vocational education teachers.High-quality teachers of higher vocational colleges also play a vital role in the reform and development of higher vocational education in Anhui Province.This study takes the current situation of "double qualified" teacher training in higher education institutions in Anhui Province as the research object,through issuing questionnaires to teachers in eight higher education institutions in Anhui Province,quantitatively analyzing the teacher structure,teacher ratio,training and assessment in the survey,and combining the interviews with teachers in higher education institutions,institutions and enterprise managers.The survey concluded that the identification of "double qualified" teachers is not perfect and the comprehensiveness needs to be strengthened;the cultivation channels of "double qualified" are not smooth and the promotion of construction is not strong enough;the assessment and evaluation incentives are not strong enough and teachers are not enthusiastic to participate;and the overall effectiveness of "double qualified" teacher training needs to be improved.A series of problems such as the overall effectiveness of "double qualified" teacher training needs to be improved,and an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems was conducted.The study found that the incomplete construction of the identification and evaluation system of "double qualified" teachers,the poor operation of the training mechanism with the participation of multiple subjects,and the inadequate training system of "double qualified" teachers were the causes of the problems of "double qualified" teacher training in Anhui higher vocational institutions.The reasons for the problems in the training of "double qualified" teachers in Anhui higher education institutions.Therefore,in order to improve the effectiveness of "double qualified" teacher training in Anhui higher vocational institutions,this study draws on the advanced experiences of Germany,Australia,the United States and the United Kingdom in terms of the construction of teacher qualification standards,the design of teacher training contents and the investment of resources in teacher training.In addition,it is proposed to improve the mechanism of identifying "double qualified" teachers in terms of building the criteria and rules for identifying "double qualified" teachers;to clarify the responsibilities and powers of the government,enterprises and higher vocational institutions,and to expand the effective channels for training "double qualified" teachers.In terms of clarifying the responsibilities and powers of the government,enterprises and higher education institutions,and expanding the effective channels for the cultivation of "double qualified" teachers,the "double qualified" teacher cultivation mechanism is optimized in terms of constructing systematic and authoritative evaluation standards and formulating comprehensive and perfect evaluation rules;the "double qualified" teacher evaluation mechanism is improved in terms of formulating clear incentive policies and promoting the construction of incentive systems in institutions.Improving the incentive mechanism for "double qualified" teachers in terms of formulating clear incentive policies and promoting the construction of incentive systems in institutions;improving the "double qualified" teacher training mechanism in terms of clarifying the objectives of "double qualified" teacher training based on the needs of teachers,formulating a tiered approach to teacher training based on teacher quality,and strengthening the grasp of the teacher training process based on the concept of dynamic monitoring The aim is to improve the quality of "double qualified" teacher training in Anhui higher vocational institutions,enhance the strength of higher vocational teachers and promote the high-quality development of vocational education in Anhui Province.Figure [17] table [3] reference [64]... |
