In the various work of secondary vocational schools,classroom management is one of its key tasks.Strengthening the classroom management of secondary vocational schools can effectively improve the teaching quality and teaching efficiency.And the fundamental and driving force for effectively improving teaching quality and teaching efficiency lies in teachers.The teaching management level of teachers in secondary vocational schools is an important factor that can effectively guarantee the quality of classroom teaching.This article selects the Q secondary vocational school as the research object,mainly through the questionnaire survey and the classroom observation to understand the secondary vocational teachers' classroom teaching management,and analyzes the current situation and problems of the current higher vocational teaching management.The main problems of teaching management in higher vocational colleges are as follows: there are two extremes of teachers' classroom management concept,Teacher Classroom Management Behavior Anomie,teacher classroom management mode single,and classroom problem behavior to reduce classroom efficiency.The causes of the problems are: the school factors are relatively backward,the influence of the school system,the universal education of the vocational education,and the teacher's factors: the lack of attraction of the teacher's classroom teaching,the lack of teachers' classroom experience,the lack of classroom management ability,the insipid method of classroom teaching,and the lack of effective methods to solve the classroom problem behavior In the course of classroom management,there is a lack of humanistic care and tension between teachers and students;the students' own factors are: the learning goals are not clear,the learning ability is insufficient,the psychological and emotional barriers,the learning attitude are not correct,and the learning is in the passive state.In view of these problems,the countermeasures are put forward to improve the management of classroom teaching: the school level: setting up the concept of "taking life as the base",taking the system as the breakthrough,improving theclassroom discipline,transforming the thinking,and strengthening the characteristics of the vocational education;the teacher level: improving the rules of classroom behavior,changing into the classroom teaching methods,learning prevention and place.The strategy of the problem behavior in the classroom and the training of the classroom management skills after the teachers' pre job post job;the students' self level: the self-management ability of the students,the proper satisfaction of the students' psychological needs,the positive guidance to the students,and the cultivation of the students' skills.
