| Large recess physical activity is an extension and supplement to the physical education and health curriculum in schools.Through the related research on large recess physical activity in schools in recent years,it is found that the effects of large recess physical activity in primary schools in China are uneven,and the target function of some schools is not very ideal.In this paper,the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of sports activities between classes are studied,and 8 primary schools in pingxiang economic and technological development zone of jiangxi province are investigated.Literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,on-the-spot investigation method and mathematical statistics,the full understanding of the real situation,summarizes the existing problems and improve the effectiveness of the corresponding countermeasures,in order to achieve the purpose of fully give play to the role of big recess sports activities,so as to better support work on improving the quality of the student body.At the same time,it also provides reference for other schools to carry out sports activities during the break.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Most of the elementary schools in the Economic Development Zone have rich venues and equipment infrastructure,but the demand per student is still not up to standard.Among them,the Guangfeng Elementary School has a significant equipment gap.The school needs to conduct overall planning and step by step to promote largescale sports activities on campus infrastructure.2.The PE teachers in the elementary schools of the Economic Development Zone are generally weak,and there are few trainings related to participating in large-scale physical activities,which results in poor performance of the activities;the majority of young teachers have a wide distribution of special projects,strong technical skills,and high enthusiasm for learning.Schools need to strengthen the teaching staff for large classes and clarify the division of labor.3.The experimental primary school,Deng’an primary school and Qishi primary school are worthy of recognition in terms of activity content,and the activities and organization forms of other schools are still monotonous.Sports activities between large classes need to reflect the characteristics of the campus,innovate the form of activities,and promote efficiency through competition.4.The average practice density of the 8 elementary schools in the economic development zone during inter-class physical activity is 32.8%.The average heart rate of boys during the activity is 106-132 beats / min,and the average heart rate of girls is103-116 beats / min;the duration of the activity Concentrate on 25-35 minutes / time.The overall load of physical activity between large classes is too small.Schools need to ensure the time frequency of physical activity between large classes and appropriately increase the physical load to enhance the physical exercise effect.5.The feedback from teachers and students of various schools on the participation in physical activities between large classes is relatively optimistic,and they have been recognized by the leaders,students,and teachers of primary schools.However,the cognition of the large classes and the effectiveness of the activities still need to be improved.Improving the school leaders ’awareness and participation in large-scale classroom sports activities can lead the school’s teachers and students,and lead to a virtuous cycle of large-scale classroom sports activities;follow the principles of teacher dominance and student subjectivity,and increase students’ enthusiasm for participation. |
