The Matching Degree Between Cultivation And Employment Of Master Graduates In Higher Education

In the past decade,the growing employment of graduate students.In many disciplines,there is also a significant gap in the employment rate between liberal arts and sciences.The employment rate of postgraduates in science and engineering masters is significantly higher than that of postgraduates in literature and history,and the employment situation of education majors in the literature and history category is the most severe.The postgraduate education in higher education has a history of 30 years of development.It is time to re-examine its concept and quality.The major of higher education as a secondary subject with a relatively large number of students in pedagogy has a high degree of specialty and professionalism,but few social jobs that can be matched with it,and thus the employment problems faced by it are very prominent.It is imperative that graduate students in higher education can successfully find jobs and employment levels,which is related to the development of higher education in China and the country's people's livelihood and social stability.This requires not only theoretical exploration but also practical change.The theoretical hypothesis in this paper is the actual dislocation between the cultivation and employment of postgraduates in higher education,and it is the fundamental reason for their employment difficulties.This article mainly uses the literature method,in-depth interview method,participation observation method and other research methods.The survey found that graduates of higher education master graduates have serious problems in employment,reflecting the subjective reasons of existing graduates,and more postgraduate students of higher education Objective reasons,and then reflect on the training program for postgraduate students in higher education.Through research,it is found that the main reason for the difficulty in obtaining employment for postgraduates of higher education is the mismatch betweenthe cultivation and employment of postgraduates for higher education,the mismatch between the high-level training objectives and the low-end employment,and the contradiction between the specialization of the training process and the generalization of the employment field.Combining with the investigation of the training plan and training process for postgraduates in higher education,this paper proposes an effective link between the cultivation and employment of postgraduates for higher education,the implementation of diversion training,the transformation of the training process for postgraduates in higher education,and greater practical teaching,strengthening students' ability to transform.In order to alleviate the employment pressure of postgraduates in higher education,achieve their own employment ideals and social values,and also achieve the value of postgraduate education in higher education.
