Research On Personal Knowledge Management Of College Students In Big Data Era

With the continuous rise and development of information technology,cloud computing,Internet of Things and mobile terminals,human society is entering the era of big data.The idea that data represents resources and wealth has been recognized by all parties.Compared with the past,the data in the new era show 4V characteristics of huge Volume,Variety of data types,Velocity of data processing and high data Value.As the original material of the "data-information-knowledge-wisdom" flow chain,the change of data characteristics will directly affect the various processes of knowledge,and to a large extent affect the relevant processes of knowledge management with knowledge as the research object.In the era of big data,knowledge resources are overloaded and knowledge economy requires high quality knowledge.How to mine and screen useful data from massive data in an efficient and low-cost way and discover knowledge,create value and enhance the comprehensive strength and core competitiveness of individuals and organizations is bound to become the focus and research object of many fields.Since knowledge has replaced the three traditional production factors of land,manpower and capital and has become the most important resource for individuals and the economy as a whole,effective management of the process of knowledge acquisition,storage,sharing,application and creation has become the main focus for individuals and organizations to enhance value and create wealth.As a constituent unit of the organization,society and country,if individuals want to acquire the ability to survive and develop in the era of big data and knowledge economy,they must improve their ability to innovate,create and apply knowledge through reasonable management of personal knowledge.As the main recipients of different types of knowledge,university students' management and transformation of their own knowledge are one of the important ways to continuously improve their personal knowledge ability and competitiveness under the provisions of the requirements of the school and the goals of the society.Personal knowledge management of college students is a new management concept and method.The key point is to transform personal data,information and existing knowledge into new knowledge,improve personal knowledge structure,realize high-value application of knowledge,and provide continuous assistance for sustainable development.Changes in the characteristics of data resources in the big data era determine the process of personal knowledge management in the new era,which is bound to be different from the traditional related processes,with different emphasis and management ideas.In the process of cultivating college students' personal knowledge management ability,which requires not only the learning and application of students' relevant professional knowledge as individuals,but also the promotion of teachers' knowledge management ideas and the popularization of knowledge management ideas by schools.In this paper,the relevant concepts are determined by the method of literature research,and the knowledge management theory is sorted out and analyzed.Based on the 4V characteristics of data in the era of big data,the process of personal knowledge management framework based on the background of big data is proposed by combining connectivism theory and knowledge spiral theory.The paper adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview to find out the problems and shortcomings of personal knowledge management,and analyzes them from the three levels of students,teachers and schools,aiming at proposing feasible management strategies for students' personal knowledge management ability and providing assistance for students to enhance their comprehensive strength and core competitiveness.
