Knowledge comes from life,and the teaching of knowledge mainly takes place in the process of classroom teaching.Therefore,classroom teaching and students' daily life are closely linked.In the new curriculum reform,secondary school teaching throughout the country is also required to close to daily life.Educators also advocate that physics classroom should follow the core idea of "from life to physics,from physics to society".However,according to the survey,there are still some problems in most middle school physics classes: there are few links between the teaching content and life experience in physics classes,ignoring the long-term needs of students when they leave campus and enter society,the necessity of combining life experience with knowledge.The resulting situation makes physics a headache subject for students,who think physics is a difficult and boring subject that they do not want to study.In this paper,we propose that we should adopt appropriate life-based teaching strategies in physics classes of middle schools.It means that physics teachers should skillfully use familiar life information to renovate the classroom.According to students' meta-cognition and relevant life experience in adolescence,through observing and studying the world in students' vision,they can understand physics in familiar life situations and understand this mysterious subject.? If we want to change students' wrong understanding of physics from the root,ignite students' enthusiasm for physics,and achieve the desired effect of physics classroom teaching,we must adopt life-based teaching.I divide this paper into five parts: The first part is about the research background and significance of Life-based teaching,collates some research results of domestic and foreign scholars on integrating life elements into physics teaching in middle schools,and then elaborates the research contents and methods of this paper.The second part synthesizes the educational theories related to the bio-active teaching,including STEM educational thought,core literacy theory and Tao Xingzhi's life education theory.The third part is the investigation and research of Life-based teaching in teaching practice.Through the investigation and analysis of teachers and students in a middle school in Harbin,we can get the role of Life-based elements in teaching and how to effectivelyuse them,and give three specific strategies.The fourth part illustrates the life elements that can be integrated into junior high school physics teaching,and designs two lesson plans to explain the application of Life-based teaching in detail.The fifth part summarizes the conclusions and Enlightenments obtained through the research of this paper,and expounds some shortcomings and limitations in this study.
