In recent years,the sports performance of the middle and long-distance running has gradually improved,and the running speed has become faster and faster.The world record of the medium and long-distance running project is also being continuously broken.The middle and long-distance running is a typical comprehensive physical activity leading project integrating speed and endurance.The middle and long-distance running requires athletes to have both strong endurance and high speed,and the two complements are indispensable.From the perspective of physiology,it is a project of the mixed function of phosphate metabolism system,glycolysis metabolism system and aerobic metabolism system.During the university,the aerobic capacity of the athletes has basically reached the peak,while the anaerobic endurance has a stupendous room for improvement.In the training process,non-synchronization of the human metabolic system restoration is basis.Based on that physiological characteristics,it focuses on improving the anaerobic endurance of middle and long-distance runners.The middle and long-distance runners in universities are a special sports group.Compared,the training time is short,and the learning pressure is high.The contradiction between training and learning will lead to no systematic training.The competition level of college amateur runners is very different from that of professional athletes.This paper takes the amateur middle and long-distance running teams of 8colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province as the survey object,and uses the literature data,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical analysis and comparative analysis method to analyze of pre-match training for runners.To explore the implementation process of training methods for improving the anaerobic endurance quality of college amateur middle and long distance runners,and provide a theoretical basis for the training of college middle and long distance running.This paper has the following conclusions: The factors affecting the anaerobic endurance of middle and long distance runners are mainly divided into environmental factors and athletes' own factors.they will directly affect the athlete's time of exercising and the speed of the middle and end stages.Judging from the initial state of college amateur middle and long distance runners,the lack of attention of coaches in anaerobic endurance training in normal practice is the main reason for the low level of anaerobic endurance of athletes.In the implementation process of anaerobic endurance training methods for collegeamateur middle and long distance runners,The combination of the slow interval training method and the rapid interval training method adopted by Harbin Normal University,and the short-term continuous training method and the repeated training method are the most effective implementation processes for college amateur middle and long distance runners.The pre-match anaerobic endurance training of college amateur middle and long distance runners is divided into three stages: general preparation period,special preparation period and direct preparation period before the competition.In these three periods,Harbin University strictly follows the characteristics of the recovery of the body's energy system and the law of changes in the body's load,to adjust the rhythm of the load,exercise intensity and interval time to comprehensively improve the athlete's athletic ability.Through the vertical and horizontal comparison of the heart rate index,training load and sports performance of the middle and long distance runners,this paper concludes that the athletes' physical exertion of the violent load increases,the load intensity and the load increase,and the alcoholic solution of the athletes of the Harbin Normal University The system's energy supply capacity has increased greatly.Summarize the implementation process of anaerobic endurance training methods for college amateur middle and long-distance runners,strengthen training and theoretical communications with the excellent schools in the medium long-distance running project,enrich the training methods,and cultivate excellent middle and long-distance runners,for coaches and athletes providing useful references.
