Our party and state train people who are all around development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labour education,and carry them out as educational guidelines in the direction of educational development.We regard quality education as the general direction and goal of education,which also includes vocational education.Music aesthetic education is not only an important part of quality education,but also an important means and way to implement quality education.Military music is also an integral part of music,so it has a positive role in promoting the aesthetic education of vocational school students.Secondary eocational education is an indispensable part of the education system.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to vocational education at the national level,and great support has been given from policies and funds.However,there exist a definite gap between urban and rural areas in terms of teachers,facilities and other conditions of secondary vocational schools.Changli County Vocational and Technical Education Center is a rural secondary vocational school,which founded the military band in2013.After several years of development,it has achieved stage success and formed a relatively complete teaching and management system.Through the study and collation of the literature,it is found that nowadays the academic circles are more concerned with the development and current situation of military bands.However,there are very few studies on the practical training of military bands.Some of them only analyze one or two points of band research,while the study of military band in secondary vocational schools is more general.The research on the teaching practice of secondary vocational schools has not been found yet.It can be seen that people pay little attention to vocational education and ignore the positive influence of military bands or music on moral and aesthetic education and comprehensive quality in Vocational schools.On the basis of predecessors,according to the professional characteristics,the author hopes to theorize the experience and mode of first-line practical teaching and management,which can provide some reference for other rural secondary vocational schools to develop and implement theteaching and management of military bands,and puts forward some suggestions for the later development of military bands in this school.This article mainly uses the interview method,the literature research method,the induction summary method and the practice research method to carry on the summary to the vocational education essential characteristics and the military band.Then it elaborates on the establishment,development,teaching,management and practice of the military band in the university.It focuses on the teaching system of the military band from the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and teaching evaluation.In addition,it also makes a teaching analysis of the case of "Defending the Yellow River".Then it analyzes the problems of time,musicians,instruments,bands and teachers in teaching and practice.And put forward their own reflections and Suggestions from the musicians,teachers and schools.At last,the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions on how to develop and implement military band in rural secondary vocational schools.
