With the rapid economic and social development,in recent years,women have gradually entered the previously male-dominated work sector.The financial sector is one of the hot industries chosen by women.Women have become an important force in the development of this industry.At present,many middle and senior managers in financial enterprises are women,which reflects the progress of society.But,women in the post to create results,at the same time they also faced with great pressure.This paper focuses on the problem of stress in the work and life of female employees in financial enterprises.The problem of female employees in financial enterprises comes from a wide range of sources,such as from the industry,enterprises,individual female employees and so on.Moderate pressure will encourage female employees to develop and create more value,but too much pressure will make them overburdened,thus affecting their work efficiency.At the same time,it is not conducive to the realization of their self-worth.In the long run,it will also affect their physical and mental health and family harmony.This paper combines R.Wayne Mondy's Three-factor pressure source theory and Clayton·Alderfer's ERG theory,analyzes the pressure faced by female employees in financial enterprises,and analyzes the causes.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward suggestions to eliminate the physiological and psychological problems of female employees caused by excessive pressure,enhance their ability to resist pressure,help them to put into work and life at a reasonable level of pressure,which is conducive to the family harmony and physical and mental health of female employees,but also conducive to the improvement of economic benefits of enterprises and a harmonious society construction.In this paper,literature induction,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were used for investigation and theoretical analysis.The main pressures faced by female employees in financial enterprises are: the pressure brought about by trivial and complicated work and heavy workload;the pressure brought about by frequent examinations;the pressure brought about by slow promotion and fewer opportunities for fierce competition;the pressure brought about by the inability of one's work to exert one's ability;the pressure brought about by the work stress which affects the relationship with one's family;the pressure brought about by the greater conflict between work and one's personal life;inflexibility of working hours is the pressure of life;high index of work is the pressure of challenging;the competition of the same trade brings the pressure of higher requirements to employees;the pressure brought about by the lack of support and understanding from family members;the pressure brought about by feeling unable to keep up with the pace of updating knowledge and upgrading technology,and so on.Research conclusions: The stress of female employees in financial enterprises mainly comes from four aspects,namely,the pressure brought by macro-industry factors,the pressure brought by enterprise organizational factors,the pressure brought by individual factors and demographic factors.The pressure brought by the organizational factors mainly includes: the pressure of work intensity,the pressure of career development,the pressure of family-work conflict.In view of the financial enterprise female staff's pressure question proposed as follows: In view of the macroscopic profession factor brings the pressure may pass between the organization and the staff sufficient communication to relieve reasonably.In view of the pressure brought about by the organizational factors of enterprises,one is to use human resource management to cope with the pressure of work intensity,the other is to use helpful career planning to cope with the pressure of promotion.,thirdly,the re-design of work post should be used to deal with the pressure of family-work conflict.The stress brought by individual factors of employees can be dealt with from the two dimensions of enterprise organization and individual employees.In view of the pressure brought by demographic factors,targeted measures can be taken.The above countermeasures are based on the full analysis of the sources of stress of female employees in financial enterprises,so they have a strong maneuverability for the managers of financial enterprises.They can effectively help the managers to effectively deal with the pressure of women in financial enterprises,but also help women employees in financial enterprises to properly deal with their own stress problems.
