This paper analyzes the constituent factors of the teaching quality assurance of the social sports major in Fujian province,and investigates the current situation of the teaching quality guarantee of the social sports specialty in Fujian province.It analyzes the development and reform process of the social sports specialty in Fujian province And to put forward the suggestions and opinions to solve the problems,so as to ensure the comprehensive,healthy and rapid development of social sports in colleges and universities in Fujian Province,which will play a certain role in improving the teaching quality guarantee system of social sports specialty.This paper investigates the status quo of teaching quality assurance of social sports in colleges and universities in Fujian province by investigating the four undergraduate colleges of social sports in Fujian province by examining the literature,data analysis,domestic and foreign comparison,questionnaires and expert interviews.This paper analyzes the five aspects of training specifications,curriculum,teachers,condition construction and quality management.Through expert interviews,field visits,questionnaires,and analysis and processing of data,it is believed that the social sports specialty of Fujian Province is in teaching quality assurance Work still has some difficulties and problems,but also shows the social sports workers in Fujian Province in the professional school and teaching quality assurance efforts and characteristics of the practice.First,the training objectives can be market-oriented to the national standard as the basic basis,basically meet the needs of social and economic development,should further increase the application of innovative talents training,so as to promote the optimization of personnel training.Second,the curriculum content of aging,the proportion of unreasonable curriculum,but the distinctive characteristics of individual institutions.Most of the institutions set up a few years or even ten years as one day,basically no modification,so the teaching content of aging,and social needs seriously out of line.But some of the characteristics of institutions and very clear,such as Jimei University will Jiageng spirit into a good teaching system,as a required course to carry forward the spirit of patriotism;Minnan Normal University as a characteristic of Fujian culture teaching,and continuously enhance the student's humanities Literacy.Thirdly,the structure of teacher faculty is reasonable and of high quality.However,the phenomenon of assimilation is rather serious,the distinction between professions is not obvious enough,and the practicing teachers are weak.Therefore,it is still necessary to continuously improve the structure of teachers and further strengthen the construction of teachers,especially the young and middle-aged teachers'teaching ability.Fourth,teaching facilities and teaching funds and other aspects can basically meet the requirements of teaching,competition,but the teaching funding still need to be further increased to better meet the province's colleges and universities in the school and teaching development.Fifth,teaching quality assurance is divided into internal and external,which internal assessment,evaluation,evaluation,supervision,external to the level of assessment,quality assessment based.Colleges and universities can continue to enrich the teaching quality assurance means,and actively develop all kinds of teaching quality assurance system and evaluation criteria,from internal and external to build and enhance the quality of teaching system and improve the degree.
