With the increasing focus on the construction of the teaching staff in recent years,the related issues of non-staff teachers have received much attention.The "new generation" non-staff teachers also entered the public's field of vision.They have qualified teacher qualifications and competency qualifications,but they have to stay in the ranks of the editors,waiting for the recruitment to correct.To this end,the real experience of the "new generation" non-staff teachers has generated great research interest.The paper mainly uses the research paradigm of qualitative research,and summarizes the data collected through case-based research,observation method,in-depth interview and text analysis.The system clarifies the ins and outs of the problem of non-staff teacher identification,and finally draws the attribution analysis of the lack of identity of non-staff teachers,and further clarifies the future development direction of non-staff teachers,and provides suggestions for the improvement and resolution of non-study teachers.Certain theoretical references and support.The paper is divided into five chapters,namely: the limited special cluster: the description and vision of the field of the teacher outside the curriculum: the identity of the teacher of the "new age" county-level teacher,the medium-sized: the identity of the teacher outside the editor of the "other identity" Close-up: Confucius' confession and stipulation: Five chapters of the "divided" new generation county-level teacher's identity.From the perspective of the society itself,the author describes the actual living conditions and inner feelings of the non-staff teachers in the school field.And after grounded theory analysis,it is believed that the new generation is limited to the non-exclusive teachers who have high recognition of the actual identity.However,in terms of treatment,encounters,and system protection,the degree of disapproval is high,and issues related to non-staff teacher management policies and teacher team construction need to be resolved.Although it is a qualitative study on the identity of teachers in the “new generation” county,it is hoped to attract attention and attention in the field of education-related research,and correctly and reasonably solve related problems.I also hope that this will help the post-studyteacher identity research and the construction of basic education teachers.
