| The expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities has led to an increase in the number of university graduates.The employment problem of college students has become increasingly prominent.The reason lies in the lack of employability of college students.The low psychological capital of some college students is also an important reason for their employment ability.In the process of seeking employment,some college students will face some different psychological problems,such as lack of self-confidence,lack of resilience and initiative,not optimistic about employment prospects,and feel that employment hope is not great.Psychological problems will have a negative impact on college students’ job hunting.College students with high psychological capital can reduce the negative impact of the employment process and improve their employability.The purpose of this paper is to resarch how to improve the psychological capital of college students to enhance their employability and promote their good employment.Taking the Internet as the field and tool,this paper uses network social work method to research the senior students of J university in Jiangxi province.First of all,the psychological capital scale of employment was used for pre-test to its members,which was divided into an experimental group and the control group.The two groups had equilibrium in all dimensions of the pretest of employment psychological capital.Secondly,the intervention of the experimental group members,the intervention program is divided into five sections,the first section of "self-exploration" is the offline group,which aims to enhance the self-cognition and familiarity of the team members,and establish professional relations with social workers.The remaining four sections are online groups,which use the group function of Internet software QQ to intervene,with the theme of “self-efficacy”,“active intervention”,“resilient intervention”,“optimism and hope”,which are designed to improve the employment psychological capital of college students,while the control group stay the same.Finally,the psychological capital of employment questionnaire was used to post-test the experimental group andthe control group,and the post-test data of the experimental group and the control group were used to test the effect of the network group work.The research results show that the network group work intervention can significantly improve college students’ self-cognition,self-efficacy,initiative,resilience,optimism and hope,as well as their employment psychological capital and employment rate.Compared with traditional social work,network group work has its distinct advantages,such as convenience,anonymity,low cost of information interaction,cross-time,immediacy and convenient record of group work process.As a new method of social work,network social work enhances the operability and sustainability of social work in the cross-regional distribution of college students.In the end,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve college students’ employment psychological capital by means of network social work intervention: for the individual level,guide career planning,cultivate correct employment concept,provide employment psychological counseling,and improve college students’ employment psychological capital;At the college level,we should normalize employment psychological education in colleges,carry out employment psychological counseling courses,promote the networking of social work in schools,and build a network of social work in schools;At the social level,we should build a mechanism for the interaction among universities,the government and the society,advocate a correct direction of employment,and improve employment policies. |
