Basketball teaching in middle schools and colleges and universities is a symbiotic system.Basketball teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities provide teachers and theoretical guidance for the development of basketball teaching in middle schools.Basketball teaching in middle schools is not only the treasure house of basketball teaching in colleges and universities,but also its important practice base.The relationship between the two is close.However,limited by the unobstructed cooperation channels,the lack of guidance between schools,and the lack of mutual knowledge in teaching,the degree of connection between domestic colleges and universities and middle school basketball sports teaching is still not high,which results in the waste of basketball teaching resources and affects the efficiency of the whole teaching system.Therefore,this paper takes the connection between colleges and middle schools in basketball sports teaching as the research object,using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the connection between college and middle school basketball sports teaching under the symbiosis theory.Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,this paper analyzes the basic situation of teachers' gender,age,teaching years,specialty and educational background,as well as the cognition of basketball teaching situation between colleges and middle schools,and the basic situation of basketball teachers' connection between colleges and middle schools.This paper probes into the problems of the connection between college and middle school basketball sports teaching from the symbiotic unit,symbiotic environment and symbiotic behavior mode,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the present situation and problems.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.In the symbiotic system of effective connection between college and middle school basketball sports teaching,symbiotic units,symbiotic units and symbiotic environment,theory and practice can achieve interactive symbiosis.This dynamic and multi-dimensional symbiotic relationship between symbiotic unit and symbiotic environment realizes the construction of individual knowledge and group knowledge through the process of material and information dialogue,cooperation,internalization,innovation,interaction,feedback and so on.Therefore,the symbiosis theory is of guiding significance to the effective connection and development of basketball sports teaching in colleges and universities and middle schools.2.Taking Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as an example,it is found that middle school basketball teachers do not have a high degree of understanding of the teaching and curriculum of basketball education in colleges and universities,and the degree of communication with university teachers is low.however,the understanding of the training objectives and organizational forms of basketball teaching in colleges and universities is better.On the other hand,college basketball teachers have a better understanding of the teaching contents and teaching methods of middle school basketball teaching,and most of the university teachers have maintained good contact with middle school teachers.In the aspect of basketball teachers' cognition of the current situation of the connection between college and middle school basketball teaching,both university and middle school basketball teachers think that the connection between university and middle school teaching is necessary,but they have different views on the present situation of the connection between college and middle school basketball teachers.College basketball teachers think that the degree of connection between the two is high,while the middle school basketball teachers think that the degree of connection between the two is low.3.The symbiotic relationship between symbiotic units will lead to new changes due to the impact and influence of the internal and external factors of the symbiotic system.At present,the connection of basketball teaching between colleges and middle schools in China is in the stage of transformation from intermittent symbiosis to continuous symbiosis.Under the guidance of education departments,universities and middle schools have begun to cooperate and reached some agreements.Middle school basketball teachers provide support for scientific research in the field of college basketball,while college basketball teachers provide theoretical support for middle school basketball teaching,but this relationship is overly dependent on policy.Therefore,the integrated symbiotic relationship of regular communication and resource analysis between university teachers and middle school teachers is the direction of the development of basketball teaching in our country.4.at present,the external environment which has the most prominent influence on the effective connection of basketball teaching between colleges and universities and middle schools is mainly divided into two categories: information technology and educational policy.The culture,goal and system of teaching are the most important internal environmental factors in the two symbiotic units of college basketball teaching and middle school basketball teaching,and these internal factors have the characteristics of heterogeneity,transmission and sharing.5.at present,the asymmetric mutually beneficial symbiosis model is the most important and common model for the connection between college basketball and middle school basketball teaching in our country.Affected by the system and mechanism,the returns of college basketball teachers and middle school basketball teachers in the process of communication and cooperation are often inconsistent,which is not conducive to the maintenance of the long-term cooperative relationship between middle school and university basketball teachers.6.in view of the present situation and problems of the connection between college and middle school basketball teaching,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the connection between college and middle school basketball teaching from the perspective of symbiosis theory.The author thinks that we should strengthen the mutual understanding between middle school and university in basketball teaching,strive to build the training community of basketball teachers,and establish and perfect the integrated mechanism of basketball teaching interaction between middle school and university.
