| The whole-book reading has been increasingly catchy in the high-school Chinese courses against the deeper reform of Chinese education since the new era.The Standard for Ordinary High-school Chinese Courses issued in 2017 stipulated that the whole-book reading should be the main component of task-based groups.The research takes as an example the teaching of whole-novel in the high school and summarizes its success story based on the Border Town,and it optimizes the teaching strategy of whole-book reading and provides references for the teaching of high-school novels.The main body of the research is composed of three parts:The chapter 1 involves the definition and evolution of the whole-book reading,the relation of it to other reading types.The goals,the contents and tasks of the new course standards are also clarified here.The chapter 2 investigates and analyzes the whole-novel reading in the high school,and states the research objects,scopes,goals and methods.The questionnaire is made targeting the students and high-level teachers,and its results are analyzed to point out what problems are about the whole-reading courses.The chapter 3,founded on existing problems,enhances the whole-novel teaching and standardizes the teaching program to improve teacher resources and student comprehension.The case study of Border Town is contained to put forward specific suggestions for classes of the whole-book reading.The novel teaching,to some extent,accounts for a large proportion of high-school courses.The successful implementation of whole-book is prone to ensure students can enjoy and strengthen reading,form good habits as well.It is also incredible to make it true the target of Chinese course in the high school. |
